Tour Transfer is a chauffeur and limousine service based on Al Asayel St in Business Bay, Dubai. We run chauffeur-driven sedans, SUVs, vans, Rolls-Royces and stretch limousines 24 hours a day for airport pickups, hourly and full-day hire, monthly drivers, corporate accounts, weddings and events. Our cars cover all of Dubai and work locally inside Abu Dhabi and Sharjah.
Every booking is one of our cars with one of our chauffeurs. We don’t send drivers to drive a customer’s own car. That keeps responsibility in one place: the car, the chauffeur, the insurance and the price all sit with us. How a booking runs
Requests reach dispatch by WhatsApp, phone, email or the booking form. Dispatch confirms the vehicle class and one fixed price in writing before anything is booked. Once you confirm, a chauffeur is assigned and you receive their name, mobile number and plate number before pickup.
For flights, dispatch tracks the arrival so the chauffeur is in the arrivals hall when you land, not when the flight was scheduled. For hourly and full-day hire, the chauffeur gets your plan in advance: addresses, meeting times, how many bags, which entrance you prefer. For a group or event movement with several cars, you get one contact at our end for the whole day instead of a different number per car.
We work around the clock. A 4 a.m. pickup is dispatched the same way as a 4 p.m. one, and priced the same.
Our chauffeur standards
In Dubai, anyone driving a hire limousine needs an RTA driver permit on top of a UAE driving licence. Getting one involves RTA training, a medical check and a background check. Every chauffeur we send holds that permit and drives an RTA-licensed limousine. We treat that as the starting line, not the selling point.
On top of the permit, we look for four things:
- English and clear communication. Our chauffeurs speak English, message you when they’re outside and pick up when you call.
- Presentation. Suited, on time, and at the pickup point before the booked time rather than at it.
- Route knowledge. Which roads jam at 8 a.m., which hotel driveway to use, which terminal door you’ll come out of.
- Discretion. Calls made in the back seat stay in the car. Conversation happens if you start it.
Our vehicle standards
We confirm the vehicle class in writing, and that’s the class that arrives. Cars are late models, cleaned and checked before each job, with bottled water and Wi-Fi on board. Tell us the children’s ages when you book and we’ll fit child seats.

We quote one all-inclusive number. The policies behind it are the same for every client:

Who writes our guides
Our guides on airport transfers, intercity routes, events, hotels and prices are written and reviewed by Arshad Hussain, a chauffeur-operations specialist who has worked in Dubai’s limousine industry since 2014.
Arshad started on the licensing and government-relations side of a luxury transport company: the permits, vehicle registrations and approvals every Dubai limousine operator depends on. Since 2023 he has worked in chauffeur operations, covering dispatch, fleet allocation, chauffeur rosters, DXB and DWC airport pickups, multi-car event movements and corporate accounts.
