What to send for the quickest quote
One message with these details gets you a fixed price without back-and-forth:
- Pickup: hotel name, building and street, or airport and terminal.
- Drop-off: the address, or “as directed” with the number of hours if you want the car to stay with you.
- Date and time: for airport pickups, add the flight number and we’ll track it.
- Passengers and bags: how many people, how many large cases, and the ages of any children who need a seat.
Name a preferred car if you have one. If not, we’ll suggest the class that fits your group and luggage.
What happens after you message
We reply with the car class and a fixed price that already includes the chauffeur, fuel, Salik tolls, airport parking and 5% VAT. Once you confirm, the booking is locked in. Before pickup you receive your chauffeur’s name, mobile number and plate number.
For arrivals at DXB or DWC, the chauffeur tracks your flight and waits in the arrivals hall with a name board. You can pay cash in AED or by card in the car; companies can pay by bank transfer.
Corporate and group enquiries
For a company account, monthly drivers or a multi-car movement, email [email protected] with your company name, the people allowed to book and the rough volume or dates. We set up corporate accounts with one monthly VAT invoice paid by bank transfer.

Often, yes. For sedans and SUVs a few hours’ notice is usually enough. Rolls-Royce, Bentley and stretch limousines need at least 24 hours, and Friday and Saturday nights from October to January fill up early. Send the details on WhatsApp and we’ll confirm availability straight away.
Message or call the same number with your booking details and the change. New times, pickup addresses and vehicle changes are confirmed back to you in writing, along with any price difference. For airport pickups you don’t need to tell us about flight delays: we track the flight.
Cancellation is free up to 6 hours before pickup. For Rolls-Royce and Bentley bookings, it’s free up to 24 hours before. Later cancellations may be charged, so if your plans are shifting, message us early and we’ll try to move the booking instead of cancelling it.
Yes. Give us the passenger’s name and mobile number when you book. The chauffeur contacts them directly and, for an airport pickup, meets them in arrivals with a name board. You can pay for the trip yourself or have the invoice sent to you.
