Van rental with driver in Dubai means a chauffeur-driven Mercedes V-Class, Vito, Viano, Hyundai Staria or Toyota HiAce VIP for groups of 6 to 8 with their luggage. You book it the same way as any car with driver in Dubai: by the transfer, by the hour (three-hour minimum) or for a full day. The price covers the chauffeur, fuel, Salik tolls, parking and VAT.
Every van for rent with us comes with a driver; we don’t rent vans for self-drive. The chauffeur loads the bags, knows the hotel entrances and waits while you’re inside.

Which van fits your group?
Count suitcases as well as people. A van that seats seven will not take seven people and seven large cases, and that’s the mistake we see most at DXB arrivals. These are the limits we plan to for each model:

Our rule of thumb:
Up to 6 people, light luggage
V-Class, Staria or Viano. The V-Class has facing rear seats, so six colleagues can talk on the way to a meeting.
7 people, or 6 with a case each
Vito. It’s the practical answer to “7 seater car rental Dubai with driver”.
8 people
HiAce VIP. It’s the biggest van we run.
More than 8
two vans, or a van plus an SUV, with one dispatcher keeping them together. From 13 people, a minibus with driver usually costs less than two vans.
If your group is four or five with a lot of luggage, a luxury SUV such as the GMC Yukon or Chevrolet Suburban often does the same job. The Suburban seats seven with five large cases.
What people hire a van with driver for
Families landing with luggage

For a group of six with luggage, the maths usually favours one van.

Two sedans make sense when the group splits at the other end, say half to a hotel on the Palm and half to Downtown. Otherwise, one van is simpler, and the group arrives together.
Day trips and full days by van
A full day with a van and driver is an easy way for a family or small group to see the UAE without splitting up. The chauffeur waits at each stop, the luggage stays locked in the van, and nobody has to agree on which taxi goes where.

Dubai sightseeing
Old Dubai and the Creek in the morning, Downtown in the afternoon, the Marina at night. Ten hours covers it comfortably.
Abu Dhabi day trip
Dubai to Abu Dhabi and back with stops in the capital, priced as a route rather than by the hour.
Hatta or the east coast
longer drives where a comfortable van matters more than it does across town.
Shopping days
the van waits in the mall car park and the bags go in the back as you go.
Luxury van or standard van?
It comes down to who’s in the back.
The V-Class is the luxury van with driver: executive facing seats, privacy glass, individual climate zones and ambient lighting. It’s the one to send for a board, a VIP family or a hotel that cares what pulls up at the door. If you’ve been searching for a V Class with driver in Dubai, this is the car.
The Vito, Staria and Viano are comfortable people carriers with sliding doors and rear climate control. For an airport run with a family and their cases, they do the job just as well, and you’re not paying for the V-Class badge.
The HiAce VIP is a VIP-converted van with captain seats. It’s the practical pick for eight, or for a crew with equipment.
How much does a van with driver cost in Dubai?
Published Dubai rate cards from September 2026 put a Mercedes V-Class with driver at about AED 1,400–1,600 for a full day. Airport transfers and half days cost less. Our rates for each class are on the pricing page.
What moves the price:
- Van model. The V-Class is the premium option. Ask for a Vito or Staria if space matters more than the badge.
- Time. Hourly hire has a three-hour minimum. A full day is ten hours.
- Where you go. Trips to Abu Dhabi or the northern emirates are priced by route.
There’s no night surcharge and no surge pricing, and cancellation is free up to 6 hours before pickup.
How to rent a van with driver in Dubai
- Send the details on WhatsApp (+971 55 500 7952) or through the booking form: date, pickup time, pickup and drop-off, number of passengers and number of large suitcases.
- Get a fixed price for the van class that fits. If your group is too big for one van, we’ll say so and quote two.
- Confirm and pay by card, cash in AED, or bank transfer for corporate accounts.
- Receive the chauffeur’s name, mobile and plate before pickup. For flights, add the flight number and we track it.

Yes, as a minibus. Our largest VIP van, the Toyota HiAce VIP, seats 8. For 13 to 19 people we arrange a high-roof HiAce or a Mercedes Sprinter minibus with a driver; see minibus rental in Dubai. Alternatively, two vans such as a HiAce VIP and a V-Class run together with matched pickup times.
Book a full day (ten hours) or hourly hire with a three-hour minimum. Send your pickup time, rough plan and passenger count; the chauffeur stays with the van all day, waits at each stop and follows your itinerary.
For seven passengers with luggage, the Mercedes Vito (7 seats, 5 large cases) is the most practical. For seven without much luggage, a Chevrolet Suburban SUV also works. Six business passengers are better off in a V-Class.
