Wedding car hire in Dubai with Tour Transfer means a chauffeur-driven bridal car booked for the hours around your ceremony: a Rolls-Royce Phantom or Ghost, a Bentley, a white Mercedes S-Class or a stretch limo. Our two set packages are a Rolls-Royce Phantom bridal car for 4 hours and a Mercedes S-Class for 3 hours. The chauffeur, fuel, Salik, parking and VAT are included, and we dress the car with ribbons and flowers to match your colours.
Most couples book more than one car. The bride travels in the Rolls-Royce, the groom in an S-Class or Bentley, the bridal party in a stretch limo and the guests in vans. One coordinator plans all of it against your timetable.

Which wedding cars can you hire?
Every wedding car rental with us includes a suited chauffeur. The choice is the car, and it usually comes down to the dress, the photographs and the budget.

If the gown is big, take the Phantom. It’s the largest Rolls-Royce saloon, with the most room in the back. If the budget matters more than the badge, a white S-Class with ribbons photographs beautifully and costs a fraction of a Rolls-Royce.

How much does a wedding car cost in Dubai?
A wedding car is priced by the car and the hours you need it. Published Dubai rate cards from September 2026 put a Rolls-Royce Ghost with chauffeur at around AED 5,000 for a full day and a Mercedes S-Class at AED 1,400–2,500. Four hours is the right length for most bridal cars: getting-ready photos, the drive, the arrival and a short photo session. If the car also takes the couple from the ceremony to the reception, or to the hotel at the end of the night, add hours rather than booking a second car.
Timing on the wedding day
Weddings run late. Cars can’t. We build the day around a few fixed rules.

Give us the name and phone number of your wedding planner or venue coordinator. The chauffeur calls them on the way, not the bride.
What does a wedding chauffeur do on the day?
A wedding chauffeur drives the bridal car and looks after everything around it, so the bride doesn’t have to think about the car at all. On the day, ours:
Arrive early with the car ready
washed, decorated and cooled down before the bride comes out, which matters in Dubai heat.
Handle the doors and the dress
open the door, help gather the train and veil, and check nothing is caught before closing it.
Work with the photographer
position the car for the getting-ready shots and the arrival, and keep it in place until the photographer has the shot.
Stay in touch with your planner
call the venue coordinator on the way so the bridal entrance is clear, then wait with the car until the couple leaves.

Wedding venues we drive to
We cover every wedding venue in Dubai and drive to venues in Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah and the other emirates for destination weddings. The common types:
Hotel ballrooms
Downtown, Palm Jumeirah, Jumeirah and JBR hotels, and resorts such as One&Only Royal Mirage. The car arrives at the main driveway or a separate ballroom entrance, which the hotel’s events team confirms.
Madinat Jumeirah
weddings here range from ballrooms to landscaped gardens. The Madinat Jumeirah Conference Centre holds the Madinat Arena (up to 4,500 guests) and the Joharah Ballroom (up to 1,500). The wedding team names the arrival point; valet is on site.
Atlantis, Palm Jumeirah
both hotels are on Crescent Road at the far end of the Palm. Atlantis The Palm’s ballrooms take up to 2,000 guests, and the Diamond Ballroom at Atlantis The Royal up to 1,200. Allow extra time to cross the Palm on a weekend evening.
Desert venues
resorts such as Bab Al Shams host private celebrations out of the city. The drive is longer and the return is late at night, so we plan the timings with extra margin and keep the car at the venue.
Guest shuttles with vans
For guests staying at one or two hotels, we run shuttles in Mercedes V-Class vans (6 guests) and Toyota HiAce VIP vans (8 guests), timed to the ceremony. As a rough guide, 60 guests in V-Class vans running two waves each need five vans. Vans make the arrival look like part of the wedding. Return trips run in windows, for example after dinner and after the last dance, so older guests aren’t kept waiting for the late crowd. Our van rental with driver page has seat and luggage numbers for each van, and multi-car planning is covered on event transportation.
Wedding car decoration
We dress the car with ribbons and fresh flowers in your colours. Tell us your theme and the colour of the car you want at booking. You can also supply your own flowers and we’ll fit them.

For a classic bridal arrival, a Rolls-Royce Phantom: coach doors, a big rear cabin and space for the gown. A white Mercedes S-Class is the elegant, affordable choice. A stretch limo suits the bridal party rather than the bride, and a Rolls-Royce Cullinan suits couples who want an SUV.
Book Rolls-Royce and Bentley cars at least four weeks ahead, and earlier still for a Friday or Saturday wedding in the cooler months. Sedans and vans for guests can be added two weeks out. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup for Rolls-Royce and Bentley.
Yes. The car stays at the venue for the hours you’ve booked and is ready for the couple’s exit and photographs. If the reception runs later than planned, the chauffeur stays and the extra time is added at the hourly rate.
Yes. We drive couples and guests to wedding venues in Abu Dhabi, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah and the other emirates, and pick up inside Abu Dhabi and Sharjah. For longer drives we allow extra time before the ceremony so the car arrives fresh.
