How do you get in and out of Business Bay?
By two highways, and the right one depends on where you’re heading. Sheikh Zayed Road runs along one side of the district, past JW Marriott Marquis. Al Khail Road cuts across it and over the Business Bay Crossing, where a Salik gate went live in November 2024. Inside, Al Mustaqbal Street, Al Amal Street and Marasi Drive along the Dubai Water Canal carry most of the local traffic.
RTA has been reworking the streets that feed those highways. In June 2025 it converted the street parallel to Sheikh Zayed Road into a one-way dual roadway, added a lane to the service road beside Al Mustaqbal Street and widened the bridge entry on Al Mustaqbal Street from one lane to two. The Al Asayel Street bridges have improved the links towards Al Khail Road and the Business Bay Crossing.

Heading to DXB or Deira
usually Al Khail Road, 18 km to Terminal 3.
Heading to DIFC or the Marina
Sheikh Zayed Road, via Al Mustaqbal Street.
Downtown
stay on the local streets; Dubai Mall is 3.6 km from Bay Square.
Rush hour
5–7 p.m. exits from the towers queue at the same junctions, so we stage the car at your lobby before the meeting ends rather than calling it after.

How long from Business Bay to the airport?
Bay Square to DXB Terminal 3 is about 18 km via Al Khail Road, typically 16–28 minutes off-peak and 20–40 minutes in the evening rush. DWC is 54–60 km via Emirates Road, 40–70 minutes depending on the hour, so allow extra for any DWC departure.

Google Maps typical-traffic ranges for a Tuesday (late morning off-peak; 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. peak), checked in September 2026. The DIFC row is the one that surprises visitors: 6.5 km, up to 40 minutes at 6 p.m. Book the gap between back-to-back Business Bay and DIFC meetings accordingly.
Which areas next to Business Bay does our chauffeur service cover?
All of them, from the same dispatch. Downtown Dubai adjoins Business Bay to the north, and DIFC is across Sheikh Zayed Road. Al Quoz, with Alserkal Avenue and its warehouse galleries, is about 14 km south-west along Sheikh Zayed Road, and the Business Bay Crossing leads over the Creek towards Ras Al Khor and Dubai Creek Harbour.

For market context, published Dubai rate cards in September 2026 put a business sedan with driver at AED 90–120 an hour and a half day at AED 500–850. Our prices include fuel, Salik, parking and VAT.
Yes. Corporate accounts get monthly invoicing, VAT invoices and payment by bank transfer. Staff and visitors can be booked on WhatsApp or by email to [email protected], and one account covers airport runs, hourly hire and monthly drivers.
It depends on the time of day and the car class. Send the tower, time and passenger count on WhatsApp and we confirm the car and its arrival time before you commit. For airport departures and client pickups, book ahead so we can hold the class you want.
There can be, depending on the route; the Business Bay Crossing on Al Khail Road has had a Salik gate since November 2024. It makes no difference to your price, because every Tour Transfer quote already includes Salik.
