Arshad Hussain has worked in Dubai's limousine and chauffeur industry since 2014. He started on the licensing and government-relations side of a luxury transport company, the permits, vehicle registrations and approvals every Dubai limousine operator depends on, and spent almost nine years there before moving into operations.
Since 2023 he has run the operational side of chauffeur companies in Dubai, first as assistant operations manager and now as operations manager: dispatch, fleet allocation, chauffeur rosters, DXB and DWC airport pickups, multi-car event movements and corporate accounts. He knows which terminal door a driver should wait at, how long Sheikh Zayed Road takes at 8 a.m. on a Monday, and how many cars a 300-delegate conference really needs.
He writes and reviews Tour Transfer's guides on airport transfers, intercity routes, events, hotels and prices, based on what he sees on the dispatch board every day.
