Dubai FinTech Summit 2026 takes place on Monday 2 and Tuesday 3 November 2026 at Madinat Jumeirah, organised by DIFC. Most delegates work or stay around DIFC, so the trip that matters is Sheikh Zayed Road between the financial centre and the Jumeirah coast. A chauffeur that waits at Madinat lets you do both on the same day.

This is the summit’s first November edition; the 2025 summit ran in May. We plan conference transport in Dubai for banks, funds and fintech teams, and the plan below is built for a two-day summit where half your meetings are somewhere else.

Why is the Dubai FinTech Summit in November this year?

Because the 2026 edition was rescheduled. It was first listed for 11–12 May 2026, following the pattern of the 2025 summit, which DIFC’s event page shows on 12–13 May 2025. The organiser hasn’t published a reason, and it hasn’t said whether 2027 goes back to May.

If you’re planning a 2027 budget, pencil in May and November and confirm once DIFC announces.

DIFC to Madinat Jumeirah, and back again

The summit is at Madinat, but the deals aren’t all made there. Bankers keep their DIFC office meetings, lunches happen near the office, and the dinner is often back in Downtown. That puts you on Sheikh Zayed Road two or three times a day.

How we run it:

  1. Morning drop timed to the first session, plus the peak. Sheikh Zayed Road is heavy in both directions from about 6 to 10am on weekdays. Leave DIFC or Downtown early enough to be at Madinat before the opening keynote, not during it.
  2. Car waits at Madinat. Your chauffeur parks after the drop and stays within a few minutes. Message him 15 minutes before you walk out for an off-site meeting.
  3. Midday run to DIFC and back. The car takes you, waits outside your meeting and brings you back for the afternoon panels.
  4. Evening exit before the peak or after it. The evening peak runs from about 4 to 8pm. If the last session you need ends at 4pm, leave then.

This is where hourly hire (minimum 3 hours) or a full day pays off. Two separate taxi trips each way, with a queue at Madinat at closing time, cost you more time than the summit sessions you came for. Our DIFC chauffeur service covers daily runs from the financial centre if your team needs cars beyond the summit days.

Arriving at Madinat Jumeirah

Madinat Jumeirah is a resort with four hotels, a souk and conference spaces on one site, on King Salman Bin Abdulaziz Al Saud Street. Give us the entrance named on your badge email, not just “Madinat”, and we’ll drop you at that door.

If you drive yourself, Souk Madinat Jumeirah’s car park charges AED 20 an hour up to AED 200 for 24 hours, and it’s open around the clock. The summit may run its own valet or parking arrangements, so check the visitor information first.

Delegates staying at Jumeirah Al Qasr, Mina A’Salam, Dar Al Masyaf or Al Naseem are already on site and won’t need a car to reach the sessions. They’ll still want one for DIFC meetings and dinners in town.

Same week at Dubai World Trade Centre

Gulfood Manufacturing runs 3–5 November 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre, overlapping the second summit day. DWTC sits between DIFC and the Jumeirah coast on Sheikh Zayed Road, so expect heavier traffic around the Trade Centre interchanges on the Tuesday morning and at show closing time. Our Dubai events calendar lists the rest of the season, from Big 5 Global later in November to GITEX in December.

Published Dubai rate cards (September 2026) put a business sedan with driver at AED 90–120 an hour and an S-Class full day at AED 1,400–2,500. Our all-inclusive price covers chauffeur, fuel, Salik tolls, parking and VAT, and every car we send is RTA-licensed with an RTA-permitted chauffeur.

Companies sending several people can book through our corporate chauffeur service, with VAT invoices and monthly invoicing, so finance teams don’t chase receipts from five different taxi apps.

Frequently asked questions

When and where is the Dubai FinTech Summit 2026?

On 2–3 November 2026 at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai, organised by DIFC. It’s the summit’s fourth edition and its first in November; the 2025 edition ran 12–13 May, and the 2026 summit was first listed for May before it was rescheduled.

What fintech events are happening in Dubai in 2026?

The two big ones are Seamless Middle East, which ran at Dubai World Trade Centre on 22–24 September 2026, and the Dubai FinTech Summit at Madinat Jumeirah on 2–3 November 2026. See our Seamless Middle East transport guide for the DWTC show and its 2027 edition.

Is the Dubai FinTech Summit 2027 in May?

The organiser hasn’t announced 2027 dates. The 2025 edition was in May and the 2026 edition was first planned for May before moving to November, so either month is possible. We’ll update this page when DIFC publishes the dates.

What’s the nearest metro station to Madinat Jumeirah?

Mall of the Emirates on the Red Line. It’s not walking distance to the resort, so you’ll need a taxi or bus for the last leg. For a two-day summit with meetings in DIFC, a car on hourly hire is quicker than combining metro and taxi each way.

How long does it take to get from DIFC to Madinat Jumeirah?

It’s a straight run down Sheikh Zayed Road towards Al Sufouh, but the time depends on the hour. Outside the peaks it’s a short drive. Between about 6 and 10am and 4 and 8pm on weekdays, Sheikh Zayed Road is heavy in both directions, so allow much longer. We set summit-day pickups around the peaks rather than a fixed estimate.
