Hotel transportation in Dubai, the way we run it, is a chauffeur-driven sedan, SUV or van booked for a hotel guest: an airport pickup with a name board in arrivals, a car on call for the day, or a ride to dinner across town. Hotel teams book on account and get one monthly invoice. Guests can book the same service directly.
Two kinds of people send us these bookings. Concierge, front office and guest relations teams use us for guest airport transfers, VIP arrivals and the nights when every house car is already out. Guests use us because they want the car confirmed before they land, at a fixed price, without queuing at the taxi rank. Both get the same chauffeurs, the same fleet and the same all-inclusive price: fuel, Salik tolls, airport parking and VAT are inside the quote.

Hotel car service for concierge and front office teams
Hotel teams don’t need another supplier to manage. They need a phone that gets answered at 3 a.m., a car that turns up in the class they booked, and a statement that matches their own records. That’s the job.
Guest airport transfers
pickups at DXB Terminals 1, 2 and 3 and at Al Maktoum International (DWC). The chauffeur tracks the flight and waits in arrivals with a name board, with 45–60 minutes of free waiting.
VIP arrivals
Mercedes S-Class, Mercedes-Maybach or Rolls-Royce, with the chauffeur briefed in advance on the guest’s name, title and anything guest relations wants handled, from the cabin temperature to which entrance to use.
A car on call
hourly hire with a three-hour minimum, a full day, or a longer arrangement for extended-stay guests. The car and chauffeur stay with the guest between stops.
Overflow cover
when your in-house fleet is committed, on heavy check-in days, event weeks or a Saturday evening when half the hotel is going out to dinner.

How a hotel books a guest transfer with us
Most hotel teams book by WhatsApp or email because it leaves a written trail. The flow is the same every time.
- Send the details. Guest name, flight number or pickup time, passengers, bags, vehicle class, and your reservation number or cost centre.
- We confirm in writing. You get the vehicle class and one fixed price back. That’s the figure on the invoice.
- Chauffeur details before pickup. Name, mobile number and plate, sent to you, and to the guest too if you want the guest to have them.
- Live updates on the day. For arrivals, the chauffeur watches the flight and is in the arrivals hall when it lands. For hotel pickups, the chauffeur messages when the car is at the entrance.
- It shows up on the monthly statement. Each job is listed by date, guest name and your reference, so accounts can post it to the guest folio without chasing anyone.
If a guest’s flight is delayed, you don’t need to call us. Flight tracking moves the pickup with the landing time, and a delay costs nothing extra.
Monthly invoicing and payment
Tour Transfer is VAT-registered. Hotel accounts are billed monthly with a VAT invoice and paid by bank transfer, which is how most properties prefer to handle third-party transport. Individual guests can pay by card in the car or cash in AED.

Which car for which guest?
Book by luggage first and status second. A sedan takes two large cases. A family of four with a week’s luggage won’t fit in one, however senior the guest.

For a guest with golf bags, a pram or more than five cases, book a van. It costs less than sending a second car behind the first.
Hotel limousine service for guests booking their own transfer
You don’t have to go through the hotel to get a private car. Send us your flight number, the hotel name and the number of bags, and we quote one fixed price for the transfer. The chauffeur meets you in the arrivals hall with a name board and drives you to the hotel entrance, where the hotel’s own team takes your luggage from there.
For departures, the chauffeur waits at the hotel entrance at the time you set, and you can hand the luggage straight from the bell desk to the car. Allow more time than the map suggests if you’re leaving between about 4 p.m. and 8 p.m. on a weekday, when Dubai’s main roads are at their busiest.

Yes. Book with your flight number and hotel name, and the chauffeur meets you in the DXB or DWC arrivals hall with a name board. We track the flight, so a delay doesn’t cost extra, and 45–60 minutes of waiting after landing is free. Luggage help to the car is included.
The chauffeur watches your flight, is in the arrivals hall when you land and holds a board with your name, or your name and your hotel’s. After you clear immigration and collect your bags, the chauffeur takes the trolley to the car and drives you to the hotel entrance.
Published Dubai rate cards (September 2026) put a business sedan with chauffeur at about AED 90–120 an hour and a stretch limousine at AED 399–799 an hour. Our hourly bookings have a three-hour minimum. Current rates are on the prices page.
A ten-hour day in a business sedan typically runs AED 600–1,300 across published Dubai rate cards, an S-Class about AED 1,400–2,500, a large SUV AED 1,300–2,000 and a Rolls-Royce Ghost around AED 5,000. Our day rate includes fuel, Salik tolls and parking, with no night surcharge.
