Our chauffeur service in Al Barsha covers the whole district: the hotel and apartment blocks of Al Barsha 1 around Mall of the Emirates, the villa streets of Al Barsha 2 and 3, the office towers of Barsha Heights, and the newer communities of Al Barsha South. A chauffeur-driven car meets you at your door at a fixed, all-inclusive price, 24 hours a day.

It’s our standard chauffeur service in Dubai, at the same fixed prices as anywhere in the city. Al Barsha bookings lean practical: airport runs, school runs, hospital appointments and shopping trips, plus hotel guests at the mall who want a car for the day.

Which part of Al Barsha are you in?

Al Barsha is four different places sharing a name, and the pickup works differently in each. Tell us the sub-area first, then the building or villa number.

Sub-areaWhat’s therePickup notes
Al Barsha 1Mall of the Emirates, hotels and apartment blocks, the American School of DubaiBusiest streets; the chauffeur waits at the building entrance, not on the road
Al Barsha 2 and 3Villas, Al Barsha Pond Park, quieter streetsDoor-to-door at the villa gate; good for daily school and office runs
Barsha Heights (TECOM)Office and residential towers, hotels such as Grand Millennium Dubai, Dubai Internet City metro stationTower lobbies; office rush hours are the slow time
Al Barsha SouthNewer villa and apartment communities, Mediclinic Parkview Hospital (Al Barsha South 3)Between Al Khail Road, Hessa Street and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road; send the community name

Barsha Heights still appears as “TECOM” on older maps and in many guests’ messages. We treat both names as the same place.

Where does the chauffeur meet you at Mall of the Emirates?

At the mall’s VIP drop-off and pick-up point, or at your hotel’s entrance if you’re staying at Kempinski Hotel Mall of the Emirates or Sheraton Mall of the Emirates, both at the mall. The mall also runs valet parking, and the chauffeur can use it if you want the car close by for a quick exit.

Getting in has become easier. In October 2025 RTA opened a 300-metre bridge from Sheikh Zayed Road straight into the mall’s car parks for traffic coming from the Abu Dhabi and Jebel Ali direction, cutting that approach from about 10 minutes to one by RTA’s figures, with 2.5 km of roads around the mall upgraded at the same time. RTA still lists work on the mall’s entrances among its ongoing projects, so expect the odd lane change on the way in.

For shopping days, book hourly (3 hours minimum): the chauffeur drops you, parks, and comes back to the same door when you message. For a quick drop, a one-way transfer is cheaper.

How long does it take from Al Barsha to the airport?

Mall of the Emirates to DXB Terminal 3 is 28 km, typically 20–35 minutes off-peak and 26–50 minutes in the evening rush. DWC is 42 km via Emirates Road, 28–50 minutes. Al Barsha sits between the two halves of the city, so Downtown and the Marina are both within half an hour outside the worst peaks, and Dubai Hills is next door.

Google Maps typical-traffic ranges for a Tuesday (late morning off-peak; 8 a.m. and 6 p.m. peak), checked in September 2026. From Dubai Hills Mall to Mall of the Emirates is only about 5 km along Umm Suqeim Street, 9–20 minutes.

Roadworks around Al Barsha in 2026

Two corridors matter. RTA widened Hessa Street between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road to four lanes each way, with new bridges at its main junctions, and opened Phase I in stages between January and April 2026. Phase II, contracted in February 2026, carries the upgrade 3 km on to Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road, including a tunnel for JVC traffic. Umm Suqeim Street is next: in April 2026 RTA awarded the contract for bridges and tunnels between Jumeirah Street and Al Khail Road, alongside Al Wasl Road and Al Safa Street.

In practice, Hessa Street is now the quicker way from Barsha Heights to Al Khail Road, while the Umm Suqeim Street works mean diversions for as long as they run. Further out, the Dubai Metro Gold Line announced in April 2026 is planned to run through Al Barsha South, with opening scheduled for 2032.

Which areas around Al Barsha does our chauffeur service cover?

All of them. JLT and Dubai Marina are a straight run down Sheikh Zayed Road. Dubai Hills is across Al Khail Road via Umm Suqeim Street. Al Quoz is next door towards Business Bay, between Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road, and Umm Suqeim and the Madinat Jumeirah end of Jumeirah are across the highway on the sea side. JVC, Arjan and Al Sufouh are regular pickups for us too.
