A Mercedes E-Class with chauffeur is the right car for one to three passengers with up to two large suitcases: airport pickups, a day of meetings, or a few hours around the city. It’s the default business sedan in our chauffeur fleet, and the fixed price includes the chauffeur, fuel, Salik tolls, airport parking, VAT, water and Wi-Fi.
Book it when the trip matters but the guest doesn’t need a flagship. If they do, the Mercedes S-Class is one step up and costs noticeably more.

Is an E-Class big enough for a Dubai airport run?
Yes, for up to three people and two large cases. The current E-Class saloon (the W214 generation, revealed by Mercedes in April 2023) has a 540-litre boot. That takes two full-size suitcases plus a couple of cabin bags, which covers most business trips and a couple on holiday.
Where it stops working:
Three large cases or more.
Book a luxury SUV such as the GMC Yukon or Cadillac Escalade instead. A third big case in a sedan boot usually ends up on someone’s lap.
Four passengers.
The sedan has five belts, but four adults means one squeezed into the middle of the rear bench. A Mercedes V-Class seats six in proper chairs.
Golf bags or strollers.

What is the back seat of an E-Class like?
Comfortable for two adults, with a proper centre armrest between them. The W214 sits on a 2,961 mm wheelbase, so rear legroom is fine for tall passengers on a 20-minute city hop or the run down Sheikh Zayed Road to Dubai Marina.
Mercedes offers a long option list on this car, and specifications vary from one E-Class to the next. Options include the MBUX Superscreen with a separate screen for the front passenger, a Burmester 4D sound system with 17 speakers, and an Engineering Package that adds AIRMATIC air suspension and rear-axle steering. If one of these matters to you, ask when you book and we’ll tell you what the car on your date has.

All of our business sedans take three passengers and two large cases, so choose on feel and preference rather than space. The E-Class is the safe choice everyone recognises. Step up to the S-Class when the passenger is the reason for the trip.

Mercedes E-Class with Chauffeur in Dubai: frequently asked questions
Published Dubai rate cards (September 2026) put a business sedan with driver at about AED 90–120 an hour, AED 500–850 for a half day and AED 600–1,300 for a full ten-hour day. Airport transfers are priced per route. Our current rates are on the pricing page, and every quote includes fuel, Salik, parking and VAT.
Three passengers and two large suitcases, plus cabin bags. Two people in the back is the comfortable setup, with the third passenger in front. For a family of four with luggage, book an SUV or a V-Class.
If the guest is a senior executive, a board member or someone you’re trying to impress, book the S-Class. It has a longer wheelbase, a quieter cabin and, depending on specification, power-reclining rear seats. For everyone else, the E-Class does the job well at a lower price.
