A monthly driver service in Dubai gives you a personal driver and car for set hours each day, on one monthly price, without sponsoring a driver or buying a car. Our packages run from a BMW 5 Series or Mercedes E-Class for 8 hours a day, five days a week, to a family SUV or V-Class seven days a week. Fuel, Salik tolls and VAT are included.

It’s our chauffeur service in Dubai on a standing schedule: the same chauffeur learns your routes, your building’s drop-off and your school-run timings, and a relief chauffeur covers days off. If you need a driver for days or weeks rather than months, a private driver booking is the better fit.

Monthly personal driver packages

We publish three packages. Current prices are in the rate table above, and anything outside these (different hours, weekend-only cover, another car class) is quoted as a custom package.

Pick the hours from your real day, not your ideal one. If you leave home at 7:30 a.m. and your last meeting ends at 6 p.m., that’s more than 10 hours once the drive home is counted.

What's included in a monthly package

One price covers everything the car and chauffeur need to run.

A dedicated chauffeur

English-speaking, suited, and assigned to you for the contract so they learn your routine.

The car

a late-model car in the class you chose, with insurance, registration and servicing handled by us.

Fuel and Salik

all fuel and Salik tolls within your contracted hours.

Relief cover

a briefed relief chauffeur for rest days, leave and sickness.

Replacement car

if your car is in for service, a car of the same class or higher takes its place.

One VAT invoice

a single monthly invoice with 5% VAT, payable by bank transfer.

How relief driver cover works

Your chauffeur needs rest days and annual leave like anyone else. When they’re off, a relief chauffeur drives your schedule in the same car. We brief them on your addresses, pickup times and preferences before their first day, so you don’t have to explain the school gate or the office basement again.

A seven-day family package runs with a relief chauffeur rotating in on the main chauffeur’s rest days. Nobody should drive seven days a week, and with a monthly service it’s our job to plan that, not yours.

If your chauffeur is sick on a working day, dispatch sends a relief chauffeur. You’ll get the name and mobile number before pickup, as with any booking.

Contracts, notice and extra hours

The minimum term is one month. Longer terms are available, and the longer you commit, the more room there is on price. Before you sign, the quote sets out:

  1. Hours and days. For example, 8 hours a day between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m., Monday to Friday.
  2. Extra hours. Time beyond your daily hours is charged at an agreed hourly rate, shown in the quote.
  3. Trips outside Dubai. A regular Abu Dhabi or Sharjah run is priced into the package. One-off trips are added at the agreed rate.
  4. Notice. The notice period to end or change the contract is written into the agreement.

Within Dubai there’s no mileage limit on a monthly package. Airport runs inside your contracted hours are part of the service, for your own flights or a guest landing at DXB. You can swap the car for a day (say, a V-Class for a family weekend instead of the usual sedan), subject to availability.

Corporate invoicing for monthly drivers

Monthly contracts for executives usually run through the company. We invoice the company once a month with 5% VAT, and the contract can sit under a corporate account alongside airport pickups and event bookings for the rest of the team.

With the invoice you get a record of the month: days worked, hours, extra hours and any trips outside Dubai. It’s simpler for finance than reimbursing a driver’s salary, fuel receipts and Salik top-ups. For a wider fleet of executive cars, see corporate chauffeur service.

Is a monthly driver cheaper than employing your own?

It depends how long you need one and whether you already own a suitable car. Employing a driver yourself usually means sponsoring them as a domestic worker: a personal or family driver is one of the domestic worker occupations under UAE law. You then carry the employer’s obligations as well as the car’s running costs.

Our view: if you’ll live in Dubai for years, already own the car and need a driver on a fixed daily routine, employing your own can work out cheaper. For an assignment of months, a company-paid driver, or a household that doesn’t want to sponsor staff, the monthly service costs less in time and risk. We compare the two in detail in monthly chauffeur vs company car.

Who books a monthly driver in Dubai

Executives on assignment

three to twelve months in Dubai, a daily commute to DIFC or Business Bay, and no wish to buy a car.

Families

school runs, activities, grocery trips and weekend outings in a V-Class or SUV with child seats.

Regional managers

regular days in Abu Dhabi or Sharjah, priced into the package instead of per trip.

Companies

a car and chauffeur for a CEO or visiting board member, on the company’s account.

How to set up a monthly driver

  1. Send your schedule. Typical start and finish times, working days, home and office addresses, and any regular trips outside Dubai.
  2. Get a package and price. We match the car class and hours, and quote the monthly price, extra-hour rate and notice terms.
  3. Sign and choose a start date. You receive your chauffeur’s name and mobile number before day one.
  4. Adjust as you go. Changes to the daily plan go by WhatsApp to your chauffeur or to dispatch.

For a price, message +971 55 500 7952 or use the booking form. If you’re comparing options, the rent a car with driver page covers daily and weekly hire.

Monthly Driver Service in Dubai: frequently asked questions

Yes. Our monthly driver service gives you a dedicated chauffeur and car for set hours a day, five, six or seven days a week, with a one-month minimum. The chauffeur is our employee, so there’s no visa to sponsor. Fuel, Salik and VAT are included.

It depends on the car class, hours a day and days a week. Our three packages (business sedan, S-Class and SUV or V-Class) are in the rate table on this page. Monthly packages cost less per day than booking the same car and hours day by day.

It varies with experience, languages and whether housing is provided. Salary is only part of the cost of employing a driver: you also pay for accommodation, meals, medical insurance, 30 days’ paid leave, repatriation and end-of-service gratuity, plus the car.

Yes. You have a dedicated chauffeur for the length of the contract, who learns your addresses, routes and timings. On their rest days, leave or sick days, a relief chauffeur who has been briefed on your schedule drives the same car, and you get their name and number in advance.

Yes. A regular Abu Dhabi or Sharjah run, such as two office days a week in Abu Dhabi, is priced into the package. One-off trips outside Dubai are added at the agreed rate. We also work locally inside Abu Dhabi and Sharjah, so the car can start the day there.

We replace it with a car of the same class or higher for the days it’s in the workshop, so your schedule doesn’t change. Servicing, insurance and registration are our cost, not yours, and none of it appears on your monthly invoice as an extra.
