Our corporate chauffeur service in Dubai gives your company a suited, vetted executive chauffeur and a late-model car for whatever the week needs: airport pickups for visiting staff, a driver for a day of meetings, a board visit, a roadshow or a delegation. Your team books by WhatsApp or email, and every trip lands on one monthly VAT invoice through a corporate account. Fuel, Salik, parking and VAT are always in the price.
Executive car service, business chauffeur, corporate limousine, corporate car rental: in Dubai they usually mean the same thing, a car with a chauffeur. We don’t offer self-drive corporate car rental. If you want a car your staff drive themselves, that’s a leasing company; if you want someone else to drive, read on.

What a corporate chauffeur account covers
Daily executive drivers
a chauffeur and car for a senior executive, by the day or on a monthly chauffeur package, ideally the same chauffeur each time.
Airport programmes for visiting staff
head-office visitors, auditors and new joiners met in arrivals at DXB or DWC with a name board and taken to the hotel or office.
Board visits and investor days
several cars working to one timetable, with pickups from hotels, meetings in DIFC or Business Bay and a dinner at the end.
Roadshows and delegations
multi-day programmes across Dubai and Abu Dhabi, with a lead car, a staff car and room for luggage.
Which car for which executive?
Match the car to the passenger’s seniority and the luggage, then keep it consistent across the programme. Three identical dark sedans outside a hotel look planned. A mix looks improvised.
| Passenger | Car class | Examples | Seats / large cases |
|---|---|---|---|
| Staff, consultants, airport runs | Business sedan | Mercedes E-Class, Lexus ES, BMW 5 Series | 3 / 2 |
| CEO, board member, client VIP | First-class sedan | Mercedes S-Class, BMW 7 Series, Audi A8 | 3 / 2 |
| Chairman, ministerial-level guest | Ultra-luxury | Mercedes-Maybach S-Class, Rolls-Royce Ghost | 3 / 2 |
| Team of four to six with luggage | Luxury SUV | GMC Yukon Denali, Cadillac Escalade | 6 / 4 |
| Six executives who want to talk on the way | Luxury van | Mercedes V-Class with facing seats | 6 / 4 |
Our advice for most companies: an S-Class for the most senior person, business sedans for everyone else, and a V-Class when a team needs to travel together. The Maybach and Rolls-Royce are for guests where the car itself is part of the welcome.
How much does an executive car service cost in Dubai?
Published Dubai rate cards from September 2026 put a business sedan with chauffeur at about AED 90–120 an hour, AED 500–850 for a half day and AED 600–1,300 for a full ten-hour day. An S-Class runs about AED 400–500 for a transfer and AED 1,400–2,500 for a full day. Our own corporate rates are in the rate table on this page.
Three ways to buy it:
- Per trip or by the hour. Hourly hire has a three-hour minimum, and the car waits between meetings. Best for irregular use.
- Full days. Ten hours with one chauffeur, for board visits and roadshow days.
- Monthly. A dedicated chauffeur and car for one executive, working an agreed schedule. Compared with a company car and a driver on the payroll, it moves visas, insurance, servicing and cover for sick days to us. We set out the numbers in monthly chauffeur vs company car.
There’s no surge pricing and no night surcharge. A 5 a.m. airport run costs the same as one at noon.
Board visits, investor days and roadshows
A board visit or an investor day is a timetable problem. Six people land on four flights, stay in two hotels and need to be in the same room at 9 a.m. We plan it the way your EA would, if your EA had a dispatch desk.
- You send the programme. Names, flights, hotels, meeting addresses and the dinner venue, as a spreadsheet or an email.
- We send back a movement sheet. Which car and chauffeur covers which person, pickup times with traffic buffers, and who waits where.
- One dispatcher runs the day. Your coordinator has one WhatsApp contact for every car. Changes go to that person, not to five chauffeurs.
- Cars wait nearby. Between meetings the chauffeurs wait near the building, so a meeting that ends early doesn’t leave anyone on the pavement.
Morning traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road and Al Khail Road decides most roadshow schedules. We build buffers into cross-town moves, and for meetings in DIFC and Business Bay our chauffeurs know which tower entrances and drop-off lanes to use. For an Abu Dhabi leg, we run Dubai to Abu Dhabi at a fixed price and keep the car with you in the capital.
Our guides to roadshow transport and delegation and VIP visitor transport go through both in more detail, with sample schedules. For the policy side (approvals, duty of care, invoicing), see how companies organise ground transport in Dubai.
We don’t provide security or close protection. If a delegation travels with its own security team, we work to their briefing on routes, timings and car order.
Airport programmes for visiting staff
Visiting staff are the easiest part of corporate travel to get wrong: late flights, the wrong terminal, nobody in arrivals. The system is simple:
One arrival list
your HR team or EA sends names, flight numbers and hotels by email or WhatsApp, a day or a week ahead.
Every flight tracked
delays and early landings are picked up automatically, and 45–60 minutes of waiting after landing is free.
Met in arrivals
the chauffeur waits at DXB Terminal 1, 2 or 3, or at DWC, with a name board. The board can show your company name instead of the person’s name if you prefer.
Billed to your account
each trip is tagged with the visitor’s name and your cost centre.
Details on terminals and meeting points are on our airport transfer page.
Does Emirates provide a chauffeur for Business Class?
Yes, on Saver, Flex and Flex Plus Business Class fares. Emirates includes its Chauffeur-drive service for First Class and for Business Class on those fares, on Emirates-operated flights. It isn’t available with Skywards Classic Reward tickets, Economy-to-Business upgrades, or complimentary tickets and upgrades, and it doesn’t run between airports or terminals. You add it through Manage Your Booking at least 10 hours before the flight. In Dubai, Emirates lists a BMW 5 Series Touring for Business Class and a BMW 7 Series for First.
It’s a good service for what it covers: one car per adult, to or from the airport, and a driver who waits a maximum of 15 minutes. It doesn’t cover the meetings in between, a colleague on a different airline, a team travelling together in one vehicle, or the rest of the week in Dubai. That’s where a corporate account fills the gaps. Our guide to the Emirates chauffeur service explains eligibility and booking step by step.
Confidentiality in the car
What’s said in the back of the car stays there. The rules are simple:
Need-to-know itineraries
passenger names, flights and meeting addresses go to the dispatcher and the assigned chauffeur, nobody else.
Discreet name boards
use a company name, initials or a code at the airport instead of an executive’s full name.
Quiet chauffeurs
they don’t start conversations, take photos, or discuss passengers or destinations with anyone. Calls in the back seat are yours.
Your paperwork
if your policy requires a non-disclosure agreement for suppliers, send it with the account paperwork.
For regular executives we keep the same chauffeur wherever possible. Familiarity is the best confidentiality control there is: one person who knows the routine and doesn’t need to ask.
One monthly invoice and VAT invoices
Corporate accounts pay by bank transfer against one monthly invoice. Tour Transfer is VAT-registered, so it’s a proper UAE tax invoice with 5% VAT shown and your TRN printed on it. Each trip is a separate line with the date, passenger, route, car class, hours and your cost centre or PO number.
Opening an account takes an email with your trade licence, TRN, billing address and a list of the people allowed to book. The corporate account page lists exactly what we need.
How do you handle last-minute schedule changes?
Send the change to the dispatcher on WhatsApp and we confirm it back in writing. That’s the whole process. What happens next depends on the change:
| Change | What we do |
|---|---|
| Meeting runs over | On hourly bookings the chauffeur simply waits. Extra time appears on that trip’s invoice line at the hourly rate. |
| Pickup brought forward | We tell you straight away whether the assigned car can make it. If not, we offer the nearest free car of the same class. |
| Flight delayed or early | Nothing to do. We track the flight and move the pickup. |
| Extra passenger or stop | Tell us before the pickup so we can check seats and luggage. |
| Trip cancelled | Free up to 6 hours before pickup (24 hours for Rolls-Royce and Bentley). |
Same-day bookings for sedans and SUVs are usually possible at a few hours’ notice. In GITEX, Gulfood and other big show weeks, book early: executive cars across Dubai get booked up well before the show. Our exhibition and conference transport page covers show-week planning.
