Private Jet Terminal Transfers in Dubai
A chauffeur waiting at the FBO entrance when your aircraft blocks in, in the car you chose, with the timing following your slot rather than the schedule.

Most of Dubai’s private jet terminals are at Al Maktoum International (DWC) in Dubai South. There you’ll find the VIP Terminal and several private FBO terminals with their own customs and immigration. Dubai International (DXB) still has an executive FBO as well. We meet you at the terminal entrance in the car you booked, and the timing follows your actual block-in time.
It’s the same service as our Dubai airport transfer, adjusted for the way business aviation works. You clear formalities inside the FBO, your handler brings the bags through, and the car is waiting outside the door. There’s no arrivals hall and no car park walk. We’re independent of the FBOs, so you can use us whichever handler your operator picks.

Where do private jets fly from in Dubai?
DWC is Dubai’s business aviation hub: Dubai South reported a record 20,289 business aviation movements in 2025. These are the terminals our chauffeurs collect from:
| Terminal | Airport | What the operator publishes |
|---|---|---|
| The VIP Terminal, Dubai South | DWC | A 5,600 m² purpose-built terminal in the Dubai South Aviation District. Jet Aviation runs its DWC FBO here |
| Jetex Dubai FBO | DWC | Own terminal with on-site customs and immigration, private car parking and 24/7 operations |
| DC Aviation Al-Futtaim | DWC | Fast-track customs and immigration, covered private parking for passengers and guests, open 24/7 |
| ExecuJet Al Maktoum FBO | DWC | A 15,000 m² private terminal over three levels, open 24 hours |
| ExecuJet Dubai International FBO | DXB | On-site customs and immigration, open 24 hours |
DXB also restricts private and business flights at its busiest hours, so check slot times with your operator if you’re flying into DXB. Send us the FBO name with your booking. Each terminal has its own entrance and parking, and the chauffeur goes straight to the right one.
How the pickup works
- You send the details. Tail number or flight number, FBO, estimated block-in time, passengers, bags, and your handler’s or flight department’s contact.
- We confirm a fixed price. One amount, with parking, Salik, fuel and VAT inside.
- We follow the flight. The chauffeur works to the updated arrival time from your handler or crew, not the original slot.
- The car waits at the FBO entrance. The chauffeur is in position before block-in, on the landside of the terminal.
- You clear customs and immigration inside the FBO. The FBO or your handler moves you and your bags from the aircraft to the terminal door.
- Bags into the car, and you’re away. The FBOs advertise formalities in minutes rather than queues, so the chauffeur is ready from the moment you land.
For departures, it runs the other way: we drop you at the FBO entrance at the time your crew or handler gives, and the FBO takes it from there.
Can the car drive to the aircraft?
Plan on meeting your car at the FBO’s landside entrance. Access to the ramp is controlled, and the FBOs run their own passenger transport between aircraft and terminal. Jetex, for example, advertises a Rolls-Royce airside transfer. If you want our car at the aircraft steps, ask your FBO or handler first. Ramp access is theirs to approve, and we’ll follow whatever arrangement they confirm.
Discreet by default
Private flyers usually care more about discretion than about the car. We work to that:
No name on a board unless you want one
at an FBO the chauffeur is usually expected, so we greet by a code name, a company name or nothing at all.
Names kept to a minimum
tell us who needs to know, and passenger names stay with the chauffeur and the dispatcher.
Quiet cars
the S-Class, Maybach and Rolls-Royce are built around the rear seat, so you can take calls on the way into the city.
One point of contact
your flight department or assistant can deal with one dispatcher for every leg of the trip.
Which car for a private jet arrival?
Match the car to the principal, then send a second car for the crew and the bags. It keeps the principal’s car clear, and the crew get to their hotel without waiting.
| Car | Seats / large cases | Use it for |
|---|---|---|
| Mercedes S-Class | 3 / 2 | Executives and business arrivals |
| Mercedes-Maybach S-Class | 3 / 2 | Principals who want the rear suite |
| Rolls-Royce Ghost, Phantom or Cullinan | 3 / 2 | Arrivals where the car is part of the welcome |
| Cadillac Escalade or GMC Yukon Denali | 6 / 5 | Crew, family members and the bulk of the luggage |
| Mercedes V-Class | 7 / 6 | A full crew with flight bags, or a larger party |
Booking Rolls-Royce or Bentley? Free cancellation for those runs until 24 hours before pickup, rather than the usual 6.
When the slot moves
Private flights move more than scheduled ones: a late passenger at the origin, a new slot, a fuel stop. Tell us once, and the chauffeur adjusts. Free waiting of 45–60 minutes is counted from your actual arrival, not the first estimate. If the flight moves by hours, we re-time the pickup rather than leave a car idling. If you’d rather have a car and chauffeur on standby all day, book hourly hire with a three-hour minimum and use the car for meetings once you’ve landed.
Onward to Abu Dhabi
DWC sits on the Abu Dhabi side of Dubai. The drive to Abu Dhabi city is about 120–130 km, roughly 1 hour 15 minutes to 1 hour 40. That’s shorter than the same trip from DXB, so a DWC arrival makes sense even when your meetings are in the capital. We drive to anywhere in Abu Dhabi at a fixed price. In Abu Dhabi, Al Bateen Executive Airport is the dedicated business aviation airport, and we collect from there too. For meetings on the ground, see our corporate chauffeur service.

Yes. In Dubai, private flights are handled at FBO terminals separate from the main passenger terminals, each with its own customs and immigration. You don’t pass through the public arrivals hall. Your chauffeur waits at the FBO’s own entrance instead.
