A Mercedes-Maybach S-Class with chauffeur is the ultra-luxury sedan for one or two VIP passengers (three at most) and two large suitcases. It’s a CEO’s car: more rear legroom than any S-Class, seats that recline almost flat, and a fridge between them. Book it for board-level airport pickups, hotel arrivals and evening events where a Rolls-Royce would feel too loud. It’s the Mercedes flagship in our chauffeur fleet.

Are Maybachs chauffeur cars?
Yes, more than any other Mercedes. The Maybach S-Class is built around the rear seat. Its wheelbase is 3,396 mm, 18 cm longer than the long-wheelbase S-Class, and all of the extra length goes into the rear doors and legroom. From the outside, the giveaways are the Maybach grille and the Maybach emblem on the rear pillar.
In the UAE, Mercedes sells it as the Maybach S 580 and S 680. An updated version, with a new illuminated grille and 13.1-inch rear screens, is listed by the Dubai dealer as arriving soon. Either way, the rear-seat experience below is the same idea.
What do you get in the back of a Maybach?
According to Mercedes-Benz, the rear-seat options include:
Executive seats
that recline to 43.5 degrees for rest, or sit up at 19 degrees for working. Heating, ventilation, massage and neck-and-shoulder heating are available.
The Chauffeur Package.
The front passenger seat moves forward and an adjustable footrest is added, so the right-rear passenger can stretch out fully.
A 10-litre refrigerator
in the rear centre console, with silver-plated champagne flutes held in matching holders.
Electric comfort doors.
The rear doors open and close by electric motor, from inside, outside or through the car’s screens.
A First-Class rear suite
with a full-length business console, temperature-controlled cupholders and wireless phone charging.
Burmester High-End 4D sound
and rear-seat entertainment screens, plus rear airbags and belt airbags.
Some of these are optional, and specifications vary from car to car. If the fridge, the comfort doors or the reclining seat are part of the plan, ask when you book and we’ll confirm the car on your date.

Pick the Maybach over an S-Class when the passenger will actually use the rear seat: a long flight behind them, a long drive ahead. Pick it over a Rolls-Royce Ghost when you want the same comfort with less attention. A Maybach looks like a very good Mercedes to most people, and that’s often the point.

Abu Dhabi meetings
About 140 km each way. At 43.5 degrees, the trip is long enough for a proper rest.

Maybach S-Class with Chauffeur in Dubai: frequently asked questions
Published Dubai rate cards (September 2026) don’t give a steady Maybach figure. For reference, the same cards put a Mercedes S-Class at AED 1,400–2,500 for a full day and a Rolls-Royce Ghost at about AED 5,000. We quote the Maybach per booking; see the pricing page for current rates.
They can. Mercedes offers electric comfort doors on the Maybach S-Class that open and close by motor, controlled from inside, outside or the MBUX screens. It’s an option, so ask if you want a car with them.
For a single rear passenger who wants to lie back, it’s at least as comfortable, and the executive seat reclines further than most people expect. A Rolls-Royce is quieter and has more occasion. Book the Maybach for comfort and discretion, and a Rolls-Royce for the arrival.
Three passengers and two large suitcases, but it’s at its best with one or two people in the back. With the four-seat rear suite, the rear holds two.
