Why book a Ghost rather than a Phantom?
Because it’s the less formal of the two. Rolls-Royce itself describes the latest Ghost as its most driver-focused V12 car, and it’s shorter and lower-key than the Phantom. It still has everything people picture when they think of a Rolls-Royce:

Book the Ghost when the car has to look right at a DIFC tower or a hotel entrance but shouldn’t upstage the meeting. Book the Rolls-Royce Phantom when the arrival is the event.
What is the ride like in the back of a Ghost?
Smooth, and the reasons are technical. Rolls-Royce calls its suspension the Planar system. It uses a camera-based system called Flagbearer to read the road surface ahead and prepare the suspension before the wheels reach a bump. A Satellite Aided Transmission uses GPS map data to pick the right gear before a corner or a junction arrives. From the back, speed bumps at Dubai hotel entrances arrive as a soft rise and fall.
Rolls-Royce revealed the Ghost Series II in October 2024, with a new front end, new interior materials and better rear connectivity: rear passengers can connect up to two streaming devices, each to its own screen. The Ghost Extended adds 170 mm of rear space by lengthening the rear doors, for 3,465 mm between the wheels against 3,295 mm for the standard car.
Specifications vary between cars. If the Extended body, rear screens or a particular interior matters, ask when you book and we’ll confirm the car on your date.

Hourly hire has a three-hour minimum. Free cancellation for Rolls-Royce bookings runs up to 24 hours before pickup, longer than for our other cars. For Friday and Saturday weddings in the cooler months, book as early as you can.

Published Dubai rate cards (September 2026) put a Rolls-Royce Ghost at about AED 5,000 for a full day. Shorter bookings are priced by the hour with a three-hour minimum, and airport transfers are one fixed price. Current rates are on the pricing page.
The Phantom is the traditional bridal car: bigger and more formal. The Ghost costs less, still has the coach doors and the Starlight Headliner, and suits a smaller ceremony or the parents’ car.
