Seamless Middle East 2027 dates haven’t been announced. The 2026 show ran 22–24 September at Dubai World Trade Centre, across Hall 1, Sheikh Saeed Halls 1–3, Trade Centre Arena and Al Multaqa Ballroom. For those halls, take the Red Line to World Trade Center station or get dropped on the Concourse 1 side, next to the station.
Seamless is a trade-only payments, fintech and digital commerce show, so the people moving around it are bankers, payments executives and exhibitor teams with kit. We run exhibition and conference transport for both, and this guide sets out how DWTC works for this particular show.
When is Seamless Middle East 2027?
Terrapinn, the organiser, signs off its Seamless Fintech Middle East site with “Thank you for joining us, see you in 2027”, but no dates or venue yet. The last two editions both ran at DWTC, in different months.
| Edition | Dates | Venue | Status |
|---|---|---|---|
| 2025 | 20–22 May 2025 | Dubai World Trade Centre | Held |
| 2026 | 22–24 September 2026 | Dubai World Trade Centre | Held |
| 2027 | Not announced yet | Not announced | 2025 ran in May, 2026 in September |
| 2028 | Not announced yet | Not announced | Not announced |
Terrapinn calls it the region’s biggest fintech event for 26 years and cites 20,000+ attendees, 750+ exhibitors and sponsors and 800 speakers across three days and five stages. The show runs under two names on Terrapinn’s sites, Seamless Fintech and Seamless Digital Commerce, at the same venue and on the same dates. We’ll update this page when 2027 is announced; until then, plan for DWTC.
Which DWTC halls does Seamless Middle East use?
DWTC’s Seamless 2026 event page lists the show as trade-only, organised by Terrapinn Middle East, in four spaces. Here’s how they map to the DWTC entrances:
| Space | Where it is | Where we drop you |
|---|---|---|
| Hall 1 | On Concourse 1, with Halls 1–4 | Concourse 1 |
| Sheikh Saeed Halls 1–3 | Concourse 1 side, steps from World Trade Center metro station | Concourse 1, by the station |
| Trade Centre Arena | West side, joined to the Sheikh Saeed Halls | Arena Plaza, which has a valet point |
| Al Multaqa Ballroom | Listed by DWTC for the 2026 show | The entrance named on your badge email |
That footprint is good news. It’s the cluster closest to the metro, and the Arena Plaza valet point means a chauffeur can drop you without a long walk from a multi-storey car park. Our Dubai World Trade Centre parking guide has the full site map, gate names and car parks.
How to get to Seamless Middle East: metro, taxi or chauffeur
DWTC’s getting here page lists its own metro station, 7,530 parking spaces across six paid and two free car parks, onsite valet and direct access from Sheikh Zayed Road.
| Option | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Dubai Metro | Red Line to World Trade Center station, DWTC’s own stop | Visitors near the Red Line; the station is beside the Sheikh Saeed Halls |
| RTA taxi | Metered fares start at AED 5, or AED 12 if pre-booked, according to DWTC | Short hops from DIFC, Downtown and Business Bay |
| Self-drive | Paid and free DWTC car parks, plus valet | Locals arriving early |
| Chauffeur | Hotel to Concourse 1 or Arena Plaza; the car waits nearby | Executives with off-site meetings, exhibitor teams |
DIFC is next door, which matters for this crowd. Plenty of Seamless visitors split the day between the show floor and bank or regulator meetings in the financial centre. A car on hourly hire (minimum 3 hours) makes that a short hop each way instead of a taxi queue at Concourse 1 every time.
Exhibitor transport: build-up, boxes and stand staff
Exhibitors have a different week from visitors. The day before opening is build-up, and every morning someone has to get brochures, card machines, demo terminals and screens to the stand.
- Build-up day. Send stand materials with your freight forwarder if it’s heavy. For boxes that fit a car, a van with driver to the car park nearest Hall 1 or the Sheikh Saeed Halls beats a hotel-lobby taxi.
- Daily stand staff run. One V-Class collects up to six staff from the hotel and drops them at Concourse 1 before doors open. Same car, same time, every day.
- Executives come later. Your CEO or country head usually arrives after opening for meetings and a stage slot. Give them their own car, so the staff run isn’t held up.
- Breakdown night. On the last day, kit leaves through the loading areas while visitors leave through the front. Book the van for after closing, not at closing.
For senior people, a Mercedes S-Class with chauffeur is the car we’d send to a bank or regulator meeting in DIFC between sessions.
Traffic windows around DWTC on show days
The show opens into Sheikh Zayed Road’s morning peak, roughly 6 to 10am on weekdays, and most trade shows close straight into the evening peak. Arrive before 9am or after the opening rush, and either leave before 4pm or wait until the halls have emptied.
DWTC often runs several events at once in different halls. Check the DWTC calendar for the Seamless week once dates are out, and see our Dubai events calendar for what else is on that season. If you’re also attending the Dubai FinTech Summit at Madinat Jumeirah, our Dubai FinTech Summit transport guide covers that venue.
Companies with several staff at the show can book through our corporate chauffeur service: one account, VAT invoices and monthly invoicing. Our all-inclusive price covers chauffeur, fuel, Salik tolls, parking and VAT.
