Dubai World Trade Centre parking: 7,530 spaces across paid and free car parks, valet, its own metro station, and which entrance to use for each hall.

Dubai World Trade Centre has 7,530 parking spaces across six paid car parks and two free ones, plus onsite valet and EV charging bays. It has its own metro station, World Trade Center on the Red Line, and direct access from Sheikh Zayed Road. The right drop-off point depends on your hall, so check your badge before you set off.
DWTC hosts a large share of Dubai’s trade shows, from Big 5 Global to Arabian Travel Market. We run Dubai World Trade Centre transfers for exhibitors and visitors all year. This guide explains how the site fits together: halls, car parks, entrances, metro and where your car should drop you.
Where is Dubai World Trade Centre?
DWTC sits on Sheikh Zayed Road at the city end of the business district, close to DIFC and a short drive from Downtown. DWTC’s getting here page says the venue has direct access from Sheikh Zayed Road and that it works with the transport authority to manage traffic during major events.
The complex is large. It’s a cluster of halls, concourses, two on-site hotels, the Trade Centre Arena and the convention centre, so “DWTC” on its own isn’t a precise enough destination. Tell your driver which hall.
DWTC halls and which entrance to use
DWTC doesn’t use numbered visitor gates the way stadiums do. Each hall or hall cluster has its own entrances and foyers, as the DWTC venue pages show, and the car park you want follows from the hall.
| Hall | Official description | Where to be dropped |
|---|---|---|
| Halls 1–8 and The Pavilion | Largest interconnected space, 31,000+ square metres; reached from Concourse 1 and Concourse 2 | Concourse 1 for Halls 1–4; Convention Gate or Exhibition Gate on Concourse 2 for Halls 5–8 |
| Sheikh Saeed Halls | With Trade Centre Arena, 25,000 square metres; metro station steps away; valet points and multiple visitor entrances | Concourse 1 side, next to World Trade Centre metro station |
| Za’abeel Halls | Direct access from the main road, dedicated valet points and separate parking | Za’abeel Entrances off 2nd Za’abeel Road |
| Sheikh Maktoum Hall | Between two on-site hotels and the Exhibitions Street multi-storey car park | Convention Gate |
| Sheikh Rashid Hall | Auditorium and banquet hall with two main visitor entrances and registration foyers | Exhibition Gate, or the entrance named on your invitation |
| Trade Centre Arena | Combines with Sheikh Saeed Halls for large shows | Arena Plaza |
Gates, entrances and car parks on the DWTC map
DWTC’s own venue map names the entrances you’ll see on show signage. These are the names to give your driver.
| Entrance | Where it is |
|---|---|
| Convention Gate | North side on Al Mustaqbal Street, by Convention Tower and the Novotel. A footbridge crosses to Al Mustaqbal Street Parking and the Taxi Rank and Transportation Hub |
| Exhibition Gate | South end of Concourse 2, by Sheikh Rashid Hall and the ibis World Trade Centre, on the Sheikh Zayed Road side |
| Concourse 1 | Runs past Halls 1–4, Trade Centre Arena and Sheikh Saeed Halls 1–3, closest to the metro station |
| Concourse 2 | Runs between Halls 5–8 and the Sheikh Maktoum and Sheikh Rashid Halls, from Convention Gate to Exhibition Gate |
| Arena Plaza | West side by Trade Centre Arena, with a valet point |
| Za’abeel Entrances | West side off 2nd Za’abeel Road, into Za’abeel Concourses 1 and 2 and Za’abeel Halls 1–6 |
The map’s main car parks are Al Mustaqbal Street Parking (north, across the footbridge), Za’abeel Plaza Parking (inside the site, between the Za’abeel Halls and Halls 5–8), Exhibitions Street Parking (east, beside Sheikh Rashid Hall), Rashid Tower Parking (by the Trade Centre Roundabout) and Exhibition Plaza Parking (south-east, towards The Apartments). The roads around the site are Sheikh Zayed Road, Trade Centre Road, the Trade Centre Roundabout, Al Mustaqbal Street, Exhibitions Street and 2nd Za’abeel Road.
The big shows spread across several halls at once. DWTC lists Arabian Travel Market 2027 (3–6 May) across Halls 1–8, The Pavilion, Sheikh Saeed Halls 1–3, Trade Centre Arena and Za’abeel Halls 1–3. For shows like that, we drop at the entrance closest to your stand, not the first one we reach.
Dubai World Trade Centre parking: what’s available
| Parking | Details (from DWTC) | Our view |
|---|---|---|

| Paid car parks | Six, including multi-storey car parks on Happiness Street and Exhibitions Street | Closest to Halls 1–8 and Sheikh Maktoum Hall |
| Free car parks | Two | DWTC’s page doesn’t name them; ask the parking marshals on the day |
| Valet | Onsite valet services, with dedicated valet points at Za’abeel Halls and Sheikh Saeed Halls | Worth it for evening galas |
| EV charging | Bays with charging stations | Limited; don’t rely on one being free |
How much is parking at Dubai World Trade Centre?
DWTC’s getting-here page confirms the paid and free car parks but doesn’t publish rates. Check the visitor information for your event or the signs at the car park entrance. If you’d rather not deal with it, a chauffeur drop removes the parking question entirely.
Taxi, metro or chauffeur: getting to DWTC
| Option | How it works | Best for |
|---|---|---|
| Dubai Metro | World Trade Center station on the Red Line, DWTC’s own station | Visitors staying near the Red Line |
| RTA taxi | DWTC says almost all drivers know the venue and its drop-off points; the taxi rank is at the Transportation Hub opposite Convention Gate | Short hops from DIFC, Downtown, Business Bay |
| Ride-hailing | App booking to the drop-off point for your hall | Solo visitors |
| Chauffeur | Hotel to hall entrance, car waits nearby | Exhibitors, delegations, back-to-back meetings |
RTA’s standard metro hours are 5am to midnight Monday to Thursday and Saturday, 5am to 1am on Friday, and 8am to midnight on Sunday. The station is a short walk from the halls, and the Sheikh Saeed Halls sit steps from it.
Where chauffeurs drop off and wait at DWTC
We drop at the hall entrance, then move the car. Drop-off lanes at DWTC are for stopping, especially at opening time, when cars and taxis all arrive at once.
- Send us your hall, stand number and first meeting. We’ll pick the entrance: Convention Gate, Exhibition Gate, Concourse 1, Arena Plaza or a Za’abeel Entrance.
- Morning drop. Your chauffeur stops at the entrance for your hall and you walk straight in.
- Waiting. He parks in one of the DWTC car parks or a nearby holding area and keeps his phone on.
- Pickup. Message 10–15 minutes before you walk out. For evening pickups, we agree the entrance in the morning so the car is waiting.
For exhibitors with heavy boxes, tell us in advance. We’ll use the car park closest to your hall rather than a street drop-off.
Traffic windows to avoid around DWTC
- 8am to 10am on Sheikh Zayed Road. Normal morning peak, plus exhibition arrivals before a 10am opening.
- Closing time. Most trade shows close around 5pm to 6pm, which lands on the evening peak.
- Overlapping shows. DWTC often runs several events at once across its halls. Our Dubai rush hour guide covers the everyday peaks underneath.
- Two-venue weeks. Gulfood and World Health Expo split between DWTC and Dubai Exhibition Centre at Expo City. See our Gulfood transport guide for how to handle the crossing.

Frequently asked questions
Is parking free at Dubai World Trade Centre?
Some of it. DWTC has six paid car parks and two free ones, with 7,530 spaces in total. The paid multi-storey car parks on Happiness Street and Exhibitions Street serve the main exhibition halls. DWTC’s getting-here page doesn’t name the free car parks, so check with the marshals or your event page. Valet is also available.
How much is parking at Dubai World Trade Centre?
DWTC doesn’t publish car park rates on its getting-here page. Check the visitor information for your show or the signs at the car park entrance before you park, or skip the question with a drop-off at your hall’s gate.
Which metro station is Dubai World Trade Centre?
World Trade Center station on the Dubai Metro Red Line. DWTC describes it as its own dedicated station, and the Sheikh Saeed Halls sit steps away from it. Halls 1–8 are within walking distance too.
Is there valet parking at Dubai World Trade Centre?
Yes. DWTC offers onsite valet services, with dedicated valet points at the Za’abeel Halls and easy valet access at the Sheikh Saeed Halls. Valet suits evening events and galas where you don’t want to walk from a multi-storey car park.
Where do taxis drop off at Dubai World Trade Centre?
DWTC says almost all taxi drivers know the venue and its drop-off points. Give the driver your hall and gate, such as Convention Gate or Exhibition Gate, because the halls have separate entrances. For the ride out, the taxi rank is at the Transportation Hub by Al Mustaqbal Street Parking, opposite Convention Gate.
