Bus rental in Dubai costs about AED 550–700 for a full day in a 12–15 seat Toyota HiAce, AED 650–1,100 for a 20–22 seat minibus, AED 750–1,600 for a 30–35 seat coach and AED 1,000–1,800 for a 45–53 seat coach, based on published Dubai rate cards in September 2026. A full day is ten hours with a driver. Our rates are on the bus rental page.

Those are market ranges from the rate cards Dubai bus operators publish, not our price list. We arrange minibuses and coaches with a driver, and these are the figures we’d check any quote against, ours included.

How much does it cost to rent a bus in Dubai?

It costs from about AED 250 for a one-way HiAce transfer to about AED 1,800 for a full day in a 53-seat coach, on published Dubai rate cards (September 2026). The seat count sets the band; the booking type sets where you land in it.

The bands overlap because they come from different operators, each pricing its own buses. On some cards a 30-seat transfer costs less than a 22-seat one, and one operator’s 50-seat half day costs more than another’s full day. So check the inclusions before the headline number.

How much does it cost to rent a Toyota HiAce 13 seater?

A 12–15 seat Toyota HiAce with driver costs about AED 250–350 for a one-way transfer, AED 400–450 for a five-hour half day and AED 550–700 for a ten-hour day on published Dubai rate cards (September 2026). It’s the cheapest way to move a group of 10 to 13 people with light bags.

Two things to know before you book one:

  • Seats aren’t luggage space. A full 13-seat HiAce has little room for large suitcases, so an airport group with a case each needs fewer people per van or a second vehicle.
  • Can you rent a Toyota HiAce in Dubai? Yes, with a driver: we arrange 13–15 seat HiAce high-roof vans through our minibus rental in Dubai. The 8-seat HiAce VIP in chauffeur fleets is a different conversion, with captain seats.

How much does it cost to hire a mini bus in Dubai?

A 20–22 seat minibus, usually a Toyota Coaster or Mitsubishi Rosa, costs from about AED 500 for a transfer, AED 650–750 for a half day and AED 650–1,100 for a full day on published Dubai rate cards (September 2026). An 18-seat Mercedes Sprinter starts at about AED 1,100 for a full day.

The Sprinter costs more per seat than a Coaster. Luxury Sprinter conversions, with leather seats set further apart, reach AED 2,500–3,000 a day on the same cards; those are on our luxury bus rental page.

For 16 to 22 people, compare one minibus against two HiAce vans. Two vans cost twice the van rate, which usually tops one minibus, so they only make sense when the group splits between two pickup areas.

How much is a 30 seater bus?

A 30–35 seat coach with driver costs about AED 450–550 for a one-way transfer, AED 650–1,200 for a half day and AED 750–1,600 for a full day in Dubai, on published rate cards (September 2026). It suits staff shuttles, school trips, wedding guests and conference hotel runs, where a 50-seater would travel half empty.

The spread is wide, so ask what the bottom of the range covers: how many hours, and which of Salik, parking and VAT it leaves out.

How much does it cost to rent a 50 seater bus in Dubai?

A 45–53 seat coach costs about AED 700 for an airport transfer, AED 1,200–1,600 for a half day and AED 1,000–1,800 for a full day, on published Dubai rate cards (September 2026). The full-day band starts below the half-day band because the figures come from different operators, so if your event runs past five hours, get a full-day price too.

The luggage hold is often the real reason to book a 50-seater. An airport group of 40 with a suitcase each won’t fit in two minibuses with their bags; one coach takes them. Our bus rental in Dubai page lists every size with passengers and luggage side by side.

What’s included in the price, and what costs extra?

Most Dubai bus rental prices include the driver, fuel and Salik. Ours also include parking and 5% VAT. The usual extras are hours beyond the booking, trips outside Dubai, waiting past the agreed finish and, with some operators, late nights.

With us, the driver, fuel, Salik and Darb tolls, parking and VAT are in the quote. If another quote bills tolls separately, our guide to Salik toll gates in Dubai shows where the gates are.

Heading to the capital? Abu Dhabi Mobility exempts passenger buses licensed for 26 or more passengers from Darb fees; vans and smaller minibuses pay. Our bus rental in Abu Dhabi page covers the route and venues.

Transfer, half day, full day or monthly: which works out cheapest?

The cheapest booking is the one that matches how long you need the bus. Here’s how the four booking types compare on published cards.

BookingWhat you getMarket price exampleBest for

If the bus drops your group and collects them a few hours later, price two transfers and a half day side by side. For a 30–35 seat coach, two transfers at AED 450–550 each can land close to a half day at AED 650–1,200, and on the half day the bus waits for you. Monthly contracts are priced on the bus size and the daily route, with the driver included.

How do you get an exact bus rental quote?

Send four things and the quote comes back with the right bus:

  1. Headcount. The real number plus one or two spare seats for a guide or a late addition.
  2. Luggage. Large suitcases, golf bags or exhibition kit. This decides between a minibus and a coach with a hold.
  3. Pickup points. Every hotel or building. With several hotels, two smaller buses can be quicker than one coach.
  4. Schedule. Date, start and finish times, flight numbers for airport runs, and any stop outside Dubai.

Send them on WhatsApp (+971 55 500 7952) or to [email protected], and we’ll come back with the bus size and a fixed price.

How do you compare bus rental quotes in Dubai?

Check these before you look at the total:

  • Bus age and photos. Ask for the model year and a photo of the bus you’ll get, not a brochure picture.
  • Seatbelts. Check every seat has one, especially for school trips and families with children.
  • Air conditioning. In summer, ask for the bus to be cooled before the group boards; a coach parked in the sun takes a while.
  • What’s in the price. Salik, parking, VAT, the extra-hour rate and the charge for leaving Dubai. A low headline without these often ends up level with a higher all-in quote.
  • Licensing. The bus should be a licensed passenger bus and the driver licensed to drive it. Ours are both.

If part of your group needs cars rather than seats, our limousine price guide covers sedans, SUVs and V-Class vans.
