Luxury bus rental in Dubai means one of two vehicles: a VIP Mercedes Sprinter with 10–14 leather captain seats, or a 35–50 seat coach with reclining seats and a luggage hold. On published Dubai rate cards from September 2026, a luxury coach costs about AED 950–1,800 for a full day, and a luxury Sprinter up to about AED 2,500–3,000. Both sit at the top of our bus rental in Dubai range.
We arrange minibuses and coaches with a driver. Each is a licensed passenger bus with a licensed bus driver, and the price covers the driver, fuel, Salik tolls, parking and 5% VAT. Our own rates are in the rate table on this page.

What makes a bus a luxury bus?
A luxury bus has seats you can sit in for two hours without complaint, and the equipment a group needs on a long day out. Anyone can print “luxury” on a rate card, so check for the features, not the word:
Reclining leather seats and legroom
Seats that tilt back, with enough space between rows that a tall passenger’s knees clear the seat in front. Fewer rows in the same length of coach is what buys the legroom.
USB charging
A socket at each seat or pair of seats, so phones survive a day of meetings, maps and photos.
Wi-Fi where fitted
Some luxury coaches and Sprinters carry a router and plenty don’t. If your group needs to work on the road, ask at booking and we’ll confirm it for the specific vehicle.
PA microphone
For a guide, a host or a delegation lead to brief everyone between stops. Ask for it if a guide is coming.
Curtains
Window curtains or tinted glass keep the afternoon sun off the passengers on the sunny side of the bus.
Luggage hold
A full-size coach has an underfloor hold that takes about one large case per seat. A VIP Sprinter has a rear compartment, which is much smaller.
VIP Sprinter or luxury coach?
Pick by headcount first, then by who’s on board. A VIP Sprinter suits 10–14 people who would otherwise need two or three executive vans. A luxury coach is for 35–50 people who need to arrive together.
| VIP Mercedes Sprinter | Luxury coach | |
|---|---|---|
| Seats | 10–14 leather captain seats | 35–50 reclining seats |
| Luggage | Rear compartment, size depends on layout | Underfloor hold, about one large case per seat |
| Hotel door access | Fits most hotel driveways | May need a coach bay |
| Full day, published Dubai rate cards (Sept 2026) | Up to about AED 2,500–3,000 | About AED 950–1,800 |
| Best for | Executive teams, boards, VIP families | Delegations, incentive groups, wedding guests |
Per seat, the Sprinter is the expensive one. A VIP Sprinter for 12 can cost more for the day than a 50-seat coach, because you’re paying for the cabin and for a vehicle small enough to reach the hotel door. For a standard 16–19 seat Sprinter with regular seats, see minibus rental in Dubai.

How much does it cost to rent a luxury bus in Dubai?
On published Dubai rate cards from September 2026, a luxury coach with driver costs about AED 950–1,800 for a full day (10 hours), depending on size. A luxury or VIP Mercedes Sprinter goes up to about AED 2,500–3,000 a day, and a standard 18-seat Sprinter starts from about AED 1,100.
| Vehicle | Half day (5 h) | Full day (10 h) |

| VIP Mercedes Sprinter, 10–14 captain seats | Quoted per trip | Up to about AED 2,500–3,000 |
| 30–35 seat coach | AED 650–1,200 | AED 750–1,600 |

Market ranges from published Dubai rate cards, September 2026. Our own rates are in the rate table on this page.
Outside Dubai, most operators add about AED 100 per trip, or charge a coach full day of about AED 1,400–1,800. Extra hours run at about AED 100–120 each, and a gala night with afternoon pickups often runs past ten hours, so price them in from the start.
How to check a luxury bus before you book
Ask for photos of the actual bus, its model year, and confirmation that every seat has a seatbelt and the air conditioning works. The “luxury” label is where cheap operators cut corners: the quote shows a new coach, and an older one turns up on the day.
- Photos of the actual vehicle. Inside and out, with the plate visible, not brochure shots.
- The model year, in writing. Put it on the quote, so a substitute on the day is easy to spot.
- Seatbelts on every seat. UAE traffic law has required all passengers, back seats included, to wear a seatbelt since 2017. Check that each seat has a belt that works.
- Air conditioning that keeps up. A coach parked in the sun takes a while to cool, so ask for it at the pickup early with the AC running, and ask what happens if it fails mid-day.
- The driver’s licence class. A bus with more than 26 passenger seats is a heavy bus under UAE traffic law, and its driver needs a heavy bus licence.
Every bus we arrange is a licensed passenger bus with a licensed bus driver, and we’ll answer each of these points with the quote.
Pair the bus with chauffeur cars for your VIPs
For a delegation or an incentive trip, the usual set-up puts the minister or CEO in a Mercedes S-Class or a Rolls-Royce with chauffeur ahead of the coach, with the team following in the bus. We send the car a few minutes early, so the VIP is at the door when the group walks in.
Our chauffeur service uses RTA-licensed cars and chauffeurs, and one dispatcher runs the cars and buses on the same schedule. Regular bookings can go on a corporate chauffeur account with monthly VAT invoicing.
How to book a luxury bus in Dubai
- Send the details on WhatsApp (+971 55 500 7952) or through the booking form: date, headcount, number of large suitcases, pickup points, the programme, and whether any VIPs need a car.
- Get a fixed quote with the vehicle we recommend. Ask for photos of the vehicle and its model year at the same time.
- Confirm and pay by card, cash in AED, or bank transfer for companies.
- Receive the driver’s name, mobile and the bus plate before the day. For airport arrivals, add the flight numbers.
