Beautyworld Middle East, now branded Beautyworld Dubai, runs Tuesday 19 to Thursday 21 October 2027 at Dubai Exhibition Centre (DEC) in Expo City Dubai. That’s a new venue: the 2026 edition was at Dubai World Trade Centre. Reach DEC on the Red Line to Expo 2020 station, or book a car to the Arrivals Plaza.
If you’ve done Beautyworld at DWTC for years, the old routine won’t work. Expo City sits in Dubai South near Al Maktoum International Airport, a long way from the Downtown and Sheikh Zayed Road hotels that suited a DWTC show. We plan exhibition and conference transport for trade visitors and exhibitors, and this guide covers what changes for 2027.
What’s changed for Beautyworld Middle East 2027?
Two things: the name and the venue.
The name. The organiser’s site now uses Beautyworld Dubai throughout, and the old Beautyworld Middle East web address redirects to it. It’s the same show, run by Messe Frankfurt Middle East.
The venue. The Beautyworld Dubai site lists 19–21 October 2027 at Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City. The 30th edition, on 6–8 October 2026, was held at DWTC.
| Edition | Dates | Venue |
|---|---|---|
| 2026 (30th) | 6–8 October 2026 | Dubai World Trade Centre |
| 2027 | 19–21 October 2027 | Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City Dubai |
| 2028 | Not announced yet; usually October | Not announced |
Opening hours and the hall plan for 2027 haven’t been published. We’ll add them when the organiser does, and our Dubai events calendar will carry the update.
Who can get in, and how badges work
Beautyworld is a trade show. The organiser’s visitor page says:
- It’s open to trade visitors only, and anyone under 18 is strictly not allowed into the halls.
- Online registration is mandatory.
- After you register, you get a QR code by email, which you use to print your badge at the venue.
That last step affects your arrival time on day one. Badge printing adds a queue before you reach the halls, so we’d plan the first morning’s drop for 20 to 30 minutes before you want to be on the floor.
The same page carries a warning worth repeating: the organiser doesn’t endorse or work with any third-party hotel or travel booking agency. If someone emails offering “official” Beautyworld rooms, book directly with the hotel instead.
Getting to Dubai Exhibition Centre: metro, car or chauffeur
| Dubai Metro | Chauffeur or taxi | Self-drive | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Route | Red Line to Expo 2020 station, which connects directly to DEC | Door to the Arrivals Plaza drop-off | Expo Road (E77) into Expo City |
| Waiting | Trains every 3–4 minutes, according to DEC | Car parks nearby and returns when you call | Park, then shuttle to the Arrivals Plaza |
| Watch out for | Make sure your train is signed for Expo 2020; the other Red Line branch doesn’t go there | Long empty return runs if you book one-way taxis from central Dubai | Shuttle time from the car park |
| Best for | Solo visitors staying near the Red Line | Teams, buyers with meetings, exhibitors with stock | Residents who know the site |
According to DEC’s venue guide, the venue has more than 2,300 visitor parking bays and scheduled shuttle buses to and from the Arrivals Plaza, which is the main entrance to the North and South Halls. Our guide on how to get to Expo City Dubai covers the approach roads and parking zones in detail.
Where to stay for a DEC show
For three days at Expo City, stay on the right side of the city. Dubai Marina, JLT and the Jebel Ali and Dubai South hotels are much closer to DEC than Downtown, DIFC or Deira. If you’re flying in, Al Maktoum International Airport (DWC) is close to Expo City, while DXB is across town; our DWC airport guide explains the transfer.
Drop-off and pickup at the Arrivals Plaza
Every route ends at the Arrivals Plaza, which is why the plaza gets crowded at opening and closing time.
- Morning drop. Your chauffeur uses the drop-off area signed for Beautyworld near the Arrivals Plaza. You walk straight in.
- The car moves on. Drop-off lanes are for stopping only. The chauffeur parks in the visitor car parks or wherever the marshals direct him, phone on.
- Midday moves. Lunch meetings off-site are a real trip from Expo City, so message 15 minutes before you walk out.
- Evening pickup. Closing time empties the halls, the metro platform and the car parks at once. We agree a named pickup point in the morning and have the car there before the halls close.
DEC is still expanding, and signage and drop-off lanes can shift between shows. We check the layout at the start of every event there. GITEX Global moves its expo to DEC in December 2026, and our GITEX transport guide covers the same halls and drop-off.
Which car for a Beautyworld team?
- One or two buyers: a business sedan such as the Mercedes E-Class, on fixed morning and evening transfers.
- A stand team of up to six: one Mercedes V-Class keeps everyone arriving together and holds product boxes and display kit.
- Buyers with appointments across the city: hourly hire (three-hour minimum) keeps a car at DEC between meetings.
- Larger exhibitor groups: a minibus loop from one hotel, which we arrange.
For show-week bookings at the venue, see our Expo City transport page.
