The next Dubai Muscle Show runs Thursday 28 to Sunday 31 October 2027, and the organiser lists Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC) as the venue. There’s no show in 2026: the edition planned for 30 October to 1 November 2026 was postponed. In 2027, take the Red Line to World Trade Centre station, or book a car and agree the pickup gate before you go in.

It’s a public fitness and bodybuilding show, so the crowd looks nothing like a weekday trade fair: groups of friends, gym teams, competitors with kit bags, and a lot of people leaving at the same time. We run event limousine and chauffeur transport for nights and weekends like this, and the return trip is the part we’d plan first.

Is the Dubai Muscle Show 2026 happening?

No. The organisers have postponed the 2026 edition: their announcement says the show will return in 2027, and the official site now lists only the 28–31 October 2027 dates. The 2026 edition had been due on 30 October to 1 November 2026 at Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City, and it no longer appears on the organiser’s site or on Dubai Exhibition Centre’s event listings.

If you bought tickets or registered for a competition in 2026, contact the organiser directly through the Dubai Muscle Show website. For other things to do with a fitness crowd this winter, our Dubai events calendar lists the season.

One caution on the venue. The organiser’s ticket page and its what’s-on page both say Dubai World Trade Centre, but one banner on the home page still shows Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City, which was the 2026 venue. Those are on opposite sides of the city, so check the venue on your ticket before you book a hotel or a car. We’ll update this page when tickets go on sale.

Opening hours and ticket prices for 2027 haven’t been published. The organiser’s site takes pre-registrations for news of ticket sales.

What’s on, and why it changes the ride

According to the organiser’s what’s on page, the 2027 show includes:

  • Dubai Muscle Classic, the bodybuilding competition, run with IFBB Pro Elite and the Emirates Bodybuilding Federation, with more than AED 70,000 in prize money and 17 PRO cards.
  • Dubai Muscle Talks and athlete meet-and-greets, including Mr. Olympia champions.
  • Team Nogueira Future Champions, with boxing, MMA, Muay Thai and jiu-jitsu competitions and demonstrations.
  • HYROX 365 powered by GymNation, a condensed HYROX race.
  • The exhibition: 350+ brands of supplements, nutrition, apparel and gym equipment, with thousands of freebies.

Three transport consequences:

  1. Competitors arrive early and leave late. Check-in, pump-up and judging don’t follow visitor hours. If you’re competing, book the car to your call time, not the doors-open time, and book the return open-ended.
  2. You’ll leave with more than you came with. Sample bags, shaker bottles and a bulk tub of protein don’t fit on a metro at closing time. A car boot does.
  3. The crowd moves in waves. Big stage moments, like a final or a guest-pro appearance, end with a large part of the crowd leaving at once. That’s when taxi queues build.

A practical one for competitors in tan: bring a towel to sit on. Any car’s seats will thank you.

Getting to Dubai World Trade Centre

OptionDetailsGood for
Dubai MetroWorld Trade Centre station on the Red Line, which DWTC describes as its own dedicated stationSolo visitors with light bags
Taxi or ride-hailingDWTC has pick-up and drop-off points around the venue; a taxi rank sits at the Transportation Hub by Al Mustaqbal Street ParkingOne-way trips outside peak exits
Self-drive7,530 spaces across six paid and two free car parks, plus valetLocals arriving early
ChauffeurDrop at the hall entrance; the car parks nearby and comes back when you callGroups, competitors, anyone with bags

Parking figures come from DWTC’s getting here page. DWTC’s halls each have their own entrances, so when the 2027 hall is announced, give your driver the gate name: Concourse 1, Convention Gate, Exhibition Gate or the Za’abeel Entrance. Our DWTC parking guide explains which gate serves which hall.

The ride home

Thursday to Sunday at DWTC means the show’s busiest exits overlap with weekend evenings on Sheikh Zayed Road. How we’d handle it:

  • Agree the gate in the morning. Not “outside”, but a named entrance. DWTC is a big site and every hall exit looks the same at night.
  • Message 15 minutes before you walk out. The chauffeur waits in a car park, not in the drop-off lane, so give him time to come round.
  • Leave before the final or well after it. The worst time to call any car is the 20 minutes after the main stage clears.
  • Book the late finish in advance. If you’re staying for the evening competitions, a pre-booked car beats waiting at the taxi rank with everyone else.

Coming for Beautyworld the week before? That show moves to Expo City for 2027; see our Beautyworld transport guide.

Which car for your crew?

  • Two or three people: a business sedan is plenty, unless you’re carrying competition kit.
  • Up to six with bags: a large SUV such as a GMC Yukon or Cadillac Escalade; see our luxury SUV chauffeur options.
  • A gym team of seven or more: one van with driver keeps the group together. Bigger squads can go by minibus, which we arrange.
  • Making an entrance: a Mercedes G63 with chauffeur suits the crowd, if not the boot space.

Hourly hire (three-hour minimum) covers a day of competitions with a car on call; a one-way transfer covers a simple visit. For repeat trips to the venue, see our Dubai World Trade Centre transfers.

The organiser lists Dubai World Trade Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road for the 2027 show, on 28–31 October 2027. One page on its site still shows Dubai Exhibition Centre, Expo City, the venue planned for the postponed 2026 edition, so check the venue on your ticket.

Is the Dubai Muscle Show 2026 cancelled?

The 2026 edition, planned for 30 October to 1 November 2026 at Expo City, was postponed by the organisers, who said the show would return in 2027. The next Dubai Muscle Show is 28–31 October 2027.

How much does a ticket to the Dubai Muscle Show cost?

Prices for 2027 haven’t been published. The organiser’s ticket page takes pre-registrations so you hear when ticket sales open. Buy from the official site or its listed ticketing partners, and check the venue and day on the ticket.

When is the Dubai Muscle Show 2027?
