White Mercedes wedding car with flowers and chauffeur at a Dubai palace

The best wedding car in Dubai for most brides is a Rolls-Royce Phantom: the largest rear cabin for a full gown and rear-hinged coach doors for a clean exit in photos. A Rolls-Royce Ghost or Bentley Flying Spur costs less, a white Mercedes S-Class is the best value, and SUVs, stretch limos and vans carry the groom, bridal party and guests.

We plan wedding car hire in Dubai as a set of cars, not a single booking, because the bride’s car is only one part of the day. Below: how the main cars compare, four questions that decide which one suits you, what they cost, a timeline, photo stops and guest transport.

Which car is best for a wedding in Dubai?

Match the car to the gown, the head count and the look you want in the photos. Here’s how the cars couples ask us about compare:

CarPassengersBest forWorth knowing
Rolls-Royce Phantom3The bride, especially with a full or long gownLargest Rolls-Royce saloon; rear-hinged coach doors
Rolls-Royce Ghost3The bride or the coupleCoach doors like the Phantom, slightly smaller cabin
Rolls-Royce Cullinan4Couples who want an SUV lookHigher seat and step-in; practise getting out in the dress
Bentley Flying Spur3The groom, or a sportier bridal carConventional rear doors; lower, sleeker shape
Mercedes-Maybach S-Class3Parents of the couple, VIP familyRear seats built for comfort; understated
Mercedes S-Class, in white if you ask3Best-value bridal car, or the groomOur 3-hour S-Class package is the most affordable bridal option
Cadillac Escalade or GMC Yukon6Groom and groomsmen, family groupsBig, air-conditioned, room for bags and flowers
Stretch limo (Escalade, Lincoln or Chrysler 300)8–12Bridesmaids, groomsmen, friends after the ceremonyParty atmosphere; slow to load, so allow time
Mercedes V-Class or Toyota HiAce VIP6–8Guest shuttles between hotels and the venueTimed loops, same look as the rest of the convoy

The Rolls-Royce versus Bentley choice comes down to taste more than comfort; our Rolls-Royce vs Bentley guide goes through the differences.

How to choose your wedding car: four questions

  1. How big is the gown? A full skirt or a long train needs rear floor space and a wide door opening. That points to the Phantom, then the Ghost. In an S-Class the bride will fit, but the dress takes the whole rear bench.
  2. Who travels together? If the bride arrives with her father or a bridesmaid, you need two usable rear seats plus the gown. Ask to sit in the car before the day if you’re unsure.
  3. What does the venue driveway look like? Hotel porticos suit any car. Villa gates, beach venues and desert camps can have tight turns or soft ground, where a Cullinan or an SUV copes better than a long saloon.
  4. What’s the budget, and how many hours? A bridal car for 3 to 4 hours covers most ceremonies. Spend on the bride’s car and use SUVs or an S-Class for the rest of the party, rather than putting everyone in Rolls-Royces.

White or black? Both photograph well. White is traditional and shows ribbons and flowers best; black looks sharper at night. Tell us the colour you want when you book, since availability varies by model.

How much does a wedding car cost in Dubai?

Wedding cars are priced by the car and the hours. Published Dubai rate cards from September 2026 give these market ranges:

CarMarket price (published Dubai rate cards, September 2026)
Rolls-Royce Ghost with chauffeurAbout AED 5,000 for a full day
Mercedes S-Class with chauffeurAED 1,400–2,500 for a full day
Large SUV (Escalade, Yukon) with chauffeurAED 1,300–2,000 for a full day
Mercedes V-Class with chauffeurAED 1,400–1,600 for a full day
Stretch limousineAED 399–799 per hour

Our two set wedding packages are a Rolls-Royce Phantom for 4 hours and a Mercedes S-Class for 3 hours. Both include a suited chauffeur, ribbons and flowers, photo time, fuel, Salik, parking and VAT; the rates are on the wedding car page. Other cars are booked by the hour with a 3-hour minimum. Wedding day timings that work

Most bridal cars need 3 to 4 hours. This is the timeline we plan around:

WhenWhat happens
30 minutes before departureCar arrives at the bride’s home or hotel, decorated and cooled down
Departure minus 15 minutesGetting-ready photos with the car, door open, chauffeur out of shot
DepartureDrive to the venue, timed to arrive a few minutes early, not late
ArrivalChauffeur opens the door, helps with the train, then parks nearby
Between ceremony and receptionCouple transfers, or a 20–30 minute photo stop
End of the nightCouple to the hotel or airport; guest vans run return trips

Build in Dubai’s heat and traffic. From October to April the evenings are pleasant for outdoor photos; in summer, keep the car running and cooled, and plan outdoor shots for after sunset. Friday and Saturday evenings in the cooler months are peak wedding nights, when hotel driveways get busy and Sheikh Zayed Road is slow, so add 15 to 20 minutes to any cross-town drive.

Book early. We ask for at least four weeks’ notice for Rolls-Royce and Bentley, more for a weekend wedding in the cooler months, and two weeks for sedans and guest vans. Cancellation is free up to 24 hours before pickup for Rolls-Royce and Bentley.

Where to stop for wedding car photos

The best photo stop is usually the one you don’t have to drive to. Plan these with your photographer:

  • The venue itself: hotel porticos, garden entrances and beach paths are made for arrival shots, and the car is already there.
  • Golden hour: the light before sunset flatters white cars and ribbons. Sunset is around 5:30 pm in December and after 7 pm in midsummer.
  • A short detour on the way: the Jumeirah coast, with Burj Al Arab in the background, or the Downtown boulevard with Burj Khalifa behind.
  • Heritage streets: Al Fahidi’s wind-tower lanes suit a classic look, though the car can only wait at the edge.

Professional shoots in Dubai’s public places are permitted through the Dubai Film and TV Commission, and hotels have their own rules. Your photographer should confirm before the day. We’ll position the car where they ask and keep it clean between shots.

Getting your guests to the wedding

Guest transport is the part couples most often leave late. A few rules make it easy:

  • Vans, not a fleet of taxis. Mercedes V-Class vans seat 6 and Toyota HiAce VIP vans seat 8. For 60 guests running two waves in V-Class vans, you need five vans.
  • Timed loops. Run the first wave 45 minutes before the ceremony and the second 25 minutes before, so nobody waits in the heat.
  • Return windows. One run after dinner and one after the last dance, so older guests can leave early.
  • VIP family. Parents and grandparents travel best in an Escalade or Maybach with their own driver.

Our van rental with driver page lists seats and luggage space for each van. For multi-car planning across the whole day, see event limousine service. Once you’ve picked the car, our guide to wedding car decoration in Dubai covers ribbons, flowers and what’s allowed on the car.

Frequently asked questions

What style of car is best for a wedding?

A classic saloon with a large rear cabin and wide doors, because the bride needs room for the gown. In Dubai that means a Rolls-Royce Phantom or Ghost first, a Bentley Flying Spur for a sportier look, or a white Mercedes S-Class for the best value. SUVs and vans suit the rest of the party.

How much does a wedding car cost in Dubai?

It depends on the car and the hours. Published Dubai rate cards from September 2026 put a Rolls-Royce Ghost at about AED 5,000 for a full day, an S-Class at AED 1,400–2,500 and stretch limos at AED 399–799 an hour. Our Phantom 4-hour and S-Class 3-hour packages include decoration, fuel, Salik, parking and VAT.

How far in advance should I book a wedding car in Dubai?

At least four weeks ahead for a Rolls-Royce or Bentley, and earlier for a Friday or Saturday wedding between October and April. Sedans, SUVs and guest vans can usually be booked two weeks out. Confirm the car colour and decoration at the same time.

How much is limo hire per hour in Dubai?

Published Dubai rate cards from September 2026 list stretch limousines at AED 399–799 per hour, depending on the model and the day. Most weddings need at least 3 hours, which is also our minimum for hourly hire.

Can we have more than one wedding car?

Yes, and it’s the usual plan. A typical set-up is a Rolls-Royce for the bride, an S-Class or Bentley for the groom, a stretch limo or SUVs for the bridal party and vans for guests, all planned against one timetable.
