Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 runs Tuesday 3 to Thursday 5 November 2026 at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), 10am to 6pm on the first two days and 10am to 5pm on the last. GulfHost, ISM Middle East and Private Label Middle East run alongside it in the Za’abeel Halls. Use World Trade Centre metro station, or book a car to the gate for your show.

Four shows on one site, in the same week as ADIPEC in Abu Dhabi and Dubai Design Week at d3, makes this one of the tightest weeks of the year for cars. We run exhibition and conference transport for food-industry delegations, and this is how we’d plan it.

Gulfood Manufacturing isn’t Gulfood

The names are close enough to cause wrong bookings. They’re two separate trade shows with different dates, venues and visitors.

Which DWTC halls and gates do the four shows use?

Dubai World Trade Centre’s Gulfood Manufacturing listing and its pages for the co-located shows put them here:

ShowHalls (per DWTC)Entrance to ask for
Gulfood ManufacturingHalls 1–8, Trade Centre Arena, Sheikh Saeed Halls 1–3, Sheikh Maktoum Hall, Sheikh Rashid Hall, Za’abeel Halls 2–3, Al Multaqua BallroomConcourse 1 for Halls 1–4 and Sheikh Saeed; Convention Gate or Exhibition Gate for Halls 5–8 and the Sheikh halls
Private Label Middle EastZa’abeel Hall 1Za’abeel Entrance, off 2nd Za’abeel Road
ISM Middle East (sweets and snacks)Za’abeel Halls 4–5Za’abeel Entrance
GulfHost (foodservice and hospitality equipment)Za’abeel Halls 5–6Za’abeel Entrance

GulfHost confirms it’s co-located with Gulfood Manufacturing, ISM and Private Label Middle East, on the same dates and hours. All four are trade-only.

The split matters for the drop. A packaging buyer whose meetings are in Halls 5–8 and a hotel procurement team heading for GulfHost should be dropped at opposite sides of the site. DWTC says the Za’abeel Halls have direct access from the main road, separate parking and dedicated valet points, so for GulfHost, ISM and Private Label you can skip the main concourses entirely. Our DWTC parking guide shows which car park sits behind each gate.

The admission rules that change your car plan

Gulfood Manufacturing’s admission policy has four lines worth reading before you book transport:

  • Trade and business professionals only. The general public and anyone under 18 aren’t admitted, so don’t bring family members along for the ride into the halls.
  • Registration is compulsory, and badges are non-transferable.
  • Carry photo ID.
  • Trolley and luggage bags are strictly not permitted in the halls.

That last rule catches people out on arrival and departure days. If you land at DXB in the morning and want to go straight to the show, the bag has to go somewhere. A chauffeur who keeps it in the boot while you walk the halls is the simplest fix; the same works on 5 November if you’re flying out after the 5pm close. Tell us about sample cases or display material in advance, because a sedan boot fills quickly.

Getting to DWTC without a car

World Trade Centre station on the Red Line is the venue’s own metro stop, and the Sheikh Saeed Halls are steps from it. RTA routes 27 and 29 stop outside the Novotel by Convention Gate. Taxis use the drop-off points around the venue, and DWTC’s map marks a Taxi Rank and Transportation Hub beside Al Mustaqbal Street Parking. All fine for a solo visitor on one-hall days. Less fine at 6pm, when four shows empty at once.

ADIPEC, Design Week and Gulfood Manufacturing: the 2–8 November crunch

EventDatesVenue
ADIPEC2–5 November 2026 (10am–6:30pm; 5:30pm close on 5 November)ADNEC, Abu Dhabi
Gulfood Manufacturing, GulfHost, ISM, PLME3–5 November 2026DWTC
Dubai Design Week3–8 November 2026Dubai Design District (d3)

ADIPEC’s dates come from its official FAQ. Three things follow from the overlap:

  1. Cars and vans book out early. Energy delegations based in Dubai commute to Abu Dhabi every day of ADIPEC, which ties up chauffeured cars and vans across the city that week. Book yours now.
  2. Don’t plan ADNEC and DWTC on the same day. It’s a long drive each way on Sheikh Zayed Road (E11). If you need both shows, give each its own day; our ADIPEC transport guide covers the Abu Dhabi side and the drive.
  3. Evenings get busy at d3. Design Week runs into the evening at Dubai Design District, next to Business Bay. If your dinner is over that side, see our Dubai Design Week transport guide.

Exit plan for the last day

Thursday 5 November closes at 5pm, an hour earlier than the first two days, and exhibitors start packing down straight away. Expect freight around the goods entrances and slow traffic on the roads round the site. We’d agree a named pickup point in the morning (Convention Gate or the Za’abeel Entrance, depending on your show) and have the car parked nearby before 4:45pm. For a flight that evening, leave from DWTC rather than going back to the hotel first. Our Dubai World Trade Centre transfers page covers airport runs to and from the venue, and our Dubai events calendar lists what else is running that month.

Frequently asked questions

Where is Gulfood Manufacturing 2026 held?

At Dubai World Trade Centre on Sheikh Zayed Road, from 3 to 5 November 2026. It uses most of DWTC’s halls, from Halls 1–8 to Sheikh Rashid Hall, while the co-located GulfHost, ISM Middle East and Private Label Middle East shows sit in the Za’abeel Halls.

Is Gulfood Manufacturing the same as Gulfood?

No. Gulfood Manufacturing is the November show for food processing, packaging, ingredients and supply chain technology, held at DWTC only. Gulfood is the food and beverage sourcing show, next held 15–19 March 2027 across DWTC and Dubai Exhibition Centre in Expo City.

Who can attend Gulfood Manufacturing?

Trade and business professionals only. Registration is compulsory, badges are non-transferable and you need photo ID. The general public and under-18s aren’t admitted. Trolley and luggage bags aren’t allowed in the halls, so leave cases in your car or hotel.

When is Gulfood Manufacturing 2027?

The organiser hasn’t announced 2027 dates yet. The last three editions ran 5–7 November 2024, 4–6 November 2025 and 3–5 November 2026, all at Dubai World Trade Centre, so the first week of November 2027 is the likely slot.

Which metro station is closest to Gulfood Manufacturing?

World Trade Centre station on the Red Line, which is DWTC’s own station. The Sheikh Saeed Halls are steps from it, and Halls 1–8 are within walking distance. For GulfHost and the other Za’abeel Hall shows, a car drop at the Za’abeel Entrance is quicker.
