World of Coffee Dubai 2027 runs Tuesday 26 to Thursday 28 January 2027 in the Za’abeel Halls at Dubai World Trade Centre. Use the Za’abeel Entrances off 2nd Za’abeel Road and Za’abeel Plaza Parking, in front of Za’abeel Hall 6. World Health Expo shares DWTC the same week, so tell your driver which show you’re going to.
The Za’abeel Halls sit on the western side of DWTC, away from the main concourses most people know. Getting dropped at the “usual” Trade Centre entrance means a long walk with whatever you’re carrying. We run exhibition and conference transport for exhibitors and trade visitors, and this guide covers the coffee show’s corner of DWTC: entrances, parking, the WHX overlap and how to move kit.
When and where is World of Coffee Dubai 2027?
The organiser, World of Coffee Dubai, lists the sixth edition for 26–28 January 2027 at Dubai World Trade Centre, across more than 25,000 square metres. Its FAQ names Za’abeel Halls 4, 5 and 6, and its home page adds Hall 1. Daily opening hours hadn’t been published when we wrote this.
| Edition | Dates | Venue |
|---|---|---|
| World of Coffee Dubai 2026 | 18–20 January 2026 (held) | Dubai World Trade Centre |
| World of Coffee Dubai 2027 | 26–28 January 2027 | Za’abeel Halls, Dubai World Trade Centre |
| World of Coffee Dubai 2028 | Not announced yet; the last two editions ran in the second half of January | Not announced |
The 2026 edition was described by the organiser as record-breaking, with more than 20,000 visits from over 80 countries. The show’s partners are DXB LIVE and the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), and the programme includes the SCA UAE National Championship, a Best New Product Award and a Coffee Design Award.
Who can go, and can you bring children?
World of Coffee is a specialty coffee trade show, and visitors register online. Unlike Intersec or Arabian Travel Market, which bar under-18s from the halls, it has age rules rather than an outright ban:
- Under 12: allowed in the exhibit hall and lectures during show hours, with a registered guardian.
- 12 and over: allowed in the exhibit hall, lectures and workshops if registered.
- Under 18: must be with a registered guardian on the show floor at all times.
How do you get to World of Coffee Dubai in the Za’abeel Halls?
This is the useful part. The Za’abeel Halls have their own entrances and car parks, separate from the main exhibition halls on Concourses 1 and 2.
| What to use | Details | |
|---|---|---|
| Drop-off | Za’abeel Entrances, off 2nd Za’abeel Road | Western side of DWTC, into the Za’abeel Concourses |
| Nearest car park | Za’abeel Plaza Parking | In front of Za’abeel Hall 6, about 300 cars |
| Largest car park | Al Mustaqbal Street Parking | 3,715 spaces, with EV bays, accessible bays and 140 bicycle racks |
| Other car parks | Sheikh Rashid Tower Parking (863 cars, next to the arena); Exhibition multi-storey (150 cars) | Further from the Za’abeel side |
| Valet | Arena Plaza Parking | About 140 cars |
| Metro | World Trade Centre station, Red Line | DWTC’s own station |
The car park figures come from the show’s parking page, which says an hourly fee applies every day, with tickets issued on arrival and paid on departure. Across the whole site, DWTC’s getting here page lists 7,530 spaces in six paid and two free car parks.
Za’abeel Plaza Parking has only about 300 spaces. On a morning when two shows open at DWTC, don’t count on one. A drop-off at the Za’abeel Entrance is quicker, and our DWTC parking guide shows how the western side connects to the rest of the venue.
Sharing DWTC with World Health Expo
World Health Expo (WHX) runs 25–28 January 2027 across Dubai Exhibition Centre and DWTC, with its labs, pharma and wellness zones and WHX Tech at the Trade Centre. So on Tuesday 26 January, both shows’ visitors arrive at DWTC on the same morning.
What that means in practice:
- Name the show and the entrance. “World of Coffee, Za’abeel Entrance” gets you to the right side. “Trade Centre” gets you into the WHX queue.
- Expect longer queues at both ends of the day. The show’s FAQ says Careem and Uber have dedicated pick-up and drop-off points at DWTC, and with two shows closing together they fill fast. Arrive before the 10:00 rush and leave before, or well after, the evening peak on Sheikh Zayed Road.
Two weeks earlier, Intersec fills most of DWTC (12–14 January), but not the Za’abeel Halls. Our Dubai events calendar has the full January line-up.
Moving coffee kit: which car?
Coffee people rarely travel light. Sample bags, grinders, cups, scales and brochures add up, and a sedan boot isn’t built for a stand’s worth of equipment.
- Visitors and buyers: a business sedan for one to three people, booked for the morning drop and the evening pickup.
- Competitors and demonstrators: a large SUV or V-Class, so the kit rides with the person who needs it.
- Exhibitor teams with stand stock: a van with driver, loaded on the first morning at the Za’abeel side and back for the stand breakdown on Thursday 28 January.
- Café groups and roastery teams: a van for up to six, or a minibus we arrange for larger groups.
Hourly hire (three-hour minimum) suits roasters who visit cafés across the city between show sessions. For simple hotel runs, our Dubai World Trade Centre transfers page covers fixed trips.
