UNTOLD Dubai 2027 runs from Friday 19 to Sunday 21 March 2027 at Dubai Parks and Resorts, off Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) past Jebel Ali. Entry runs from 4pm until 3am last admission. The nearest metro is UAE Exchange, and the resort’s bus stops before 11pm, so book the ride home before you go.
UNTOLD has one of the hardest night-time exits on Dubai’s festival calendar: tens of thousands of people, a venue far from the city centre, and a finish long after the metro closes. We run event limousine and chauffeur transport for late-night festivals, and this guide covers the confirmed details and the exit plan we’d use.
UNTOLD Dubai 2027: dates, times and age rules
The UNTOLD Dubai website lists the next festival as 19 to 21 March 2027 at Dubai Parks and Resorts, under a news item headed “new dates”. There’s no UNTOLD Dubai in late 2026. If you’ve seen Expo City Dubai mentioned, that was the 2024 debut; the festival has since moved to Dubai Parks and Resorts and its FAQ says it “remains” there.
| Edition | Dates | Venue |
|---|---|---|
| 2024 (debut) | 15–18 February 2024 | Expo City Dubai |
| 2025 | 6–9 November 2025 | Dubai Parks and Resorts |
| 2026 | No edition; the next one moved to March 2027 | |
| 2027 | 19–21 March 2027 | Dubai Parks and Resorts |
| 2028 | Not announced yet |
The 2027 terms and conditions set out the times and age rules that affect transport:
- Wristband pick-up and check-in: daily from 4pm to 2am.
- Entry to the festival area: from 4pm until 3am, last admission.
- Re-entry: two entries per day.
- Under 21: allowed in, with a different wristband; no alcohol, and no access to VIP areas.
- Under 18: need a parental consent form signed by a parent, guardian or adult aged 21 or over. The organiser doesn’t recommend the festival for children under 7.
If you’re 18 to 20, you need your ticket and ID but no consent form. Bring the ID either way: it’s checked at the gate.
Where is UNTOLD Dubai held?
Dubai Parks and Resorts is the theme park resort off Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), past Jebel Ali on the road towards Abu Dhabi. The resort describes itself as about 20 minutes’ drive from Al Maktoum International Airport. From Downtown or Dubai Marina, it’s a long run down E11, so allow far more time on festival evenings than the distance suggests.
How do you get to UNTOLD Dubai?
Dubai Parks and Resorts’ park information page covers access for normal park days. For festival nights, the same options apply, with one big difference: the hours.
| Option | Route | Last option home | Note |
|---|---|---|---|
| Chauffeur | Door to the designated drop-off area | Whenever you leave | Pre-agree the pickup point and time |
| Self-drive | Sheikh Zayed Road (E11), free parking; valet AED 120 | Whenever you leave | Not an option if you’re drinking |
| Metro and taxi | Red Line to UAE Exchange, then taxi | Last trains around midnight to 1am | Dubai Parks and Resorts lists UAE Exchange as its nearest station |
| RTA bus DPR 1 | From the Ibn Battuta Metro Station bus stop | Last departure about 10:50pm | Roughly every 75 minutes |
| Taxi or ride-hailing | Dedicated taxi zone at the main gate | Any time | Long queues at the end of the night |
Dubai Parks and Resorts asks guests arriving by limousine, taxi, Uber, Careem or with a private driver to use its designated drop-off area. Taxis run 24/7 from the taxi zone at the main gate.
Look at the last column. RTA’s standard metro hours end at 1am on Friday and midnight on Saturday and Sunday, unless RTA announces extended hours, and the DPR 1 bus stops long before that. With entry open until 3am, everyone still inside after midnight leaves by road.
The 3am exit: how to plan it
Festival exits at Dubai Parks and Resorts have one pinch point: the drop-off area and taxi zone at the main gate, where everyone leaving looks for a car at the same time.
How we plan an UNTOLD pickup:
- Book a return, not a one-way drop. Ride-hailing gets you there easily. The way back is the hard leg.
- Fix the meeting point on arrival. Your chauffeur notes the exact drop point in the designated area and waits nearby, not in the queue.
- Pick a leaving time and stick to it. If the headliner ends at 2am, either leave in the last song or wait 30 minutes for the first wave to clear. Leaving with everyone else is the slowest option.
- Share live location before the last set. Networks slow down in crowds. One shared location and a “walking out now” message is all your chauffeur needs.
For a long night, hourly hire covers the whole evening with a 3-hour minimum. For a single night out, a drop plus a timed return is usually cheaper. We don’t charge surge pricing or night surcharges, so a 3am pickup costs the same as an 8pm one.
Getting a group to UNTOLD
UNTOLD is a group festival. Friends travel together and want to leave together, and a single car for the group beats three separate app rides at 3am.
| Group size | What we send | Why |
|---|---|---|
| 1 to 3 | Business sedan | Simple return trip |
| 4 to 6 | Mercedes V-Class or a luxury SUV with chauffeur | Everyone in one car home |
| 7 to 8 | Toyota HiAce VIP from our vans with driver | The whole group, one pickup |
| 13 to 34 | Minibus with driver | Tour groups, hotel guests, staff |
| Up to 53 | Coach, which we arrange through our bus rental service | Travel agents and large parties |
For hotels and tour operators bringing guests from the city, a coach with a fixed return time is the simplest way to get 40 people out of a festival car park at 3am: one meeting point, one vehicle, one head count.
What else is on that week?
UNTOLD’s Friday is also the last day of Gulfood (15–19 March 2027), which runs at Dubai World Trade Centre and Dubai Exhibition Centre. Evening traffic on Sheikh Zayed Road heading south is heavier than usual that day. Our Gulfood transport guide covers the trade show side. The Dubai World Cup follows on Saturday 27 March. Both are in our Dubai events calendar.
Frequently asked questions
When is UNTOLD Dubai 2027?
UNTOLD Dubai 2027 runs from Friday 19 to Sunday 21 March 2027 at Dubai Parks and Resorts, according to the festival’s official website. Entry to the festival area runs from 4pm until 3am last admission each day, and wristband check-in is open from 4pm to 2am.
Where is UNTOLD Dubai held?
At Dubai Parks and Resorts, off Sheikh Zayed Road (E11) past Jebel Ali, about 20 minutes’ drive from Al Maktoum International Airport. The 2024 debut was at Expo City Dubai, but the festival moved to Dubai Parks and Resorts for 2025 and stays there for 2027.
Is UNTOLD Dubai 21+?
No. Under-21s can attend with a different wristband, no alcohol and no VIP access. Anyone under 18 needs a parental consent form signed by a parent, guardian or adult aged 21 or over, and the organiser doesn’t recommend the festival for children under 7. Everyone needs a ticket and ID.
Is there a metro to Dubai Parks and Resorts?
Not directly. The nearest station is UAE Exchange on the Red Line, then a taxi. RTA bus DPR 1 runs from the Ibn Battuta Metro Station bus stop, with the last departure around 10:50pm. After midnight on festival nights, plan on a taxi, ride-hailing or a pre-booked car.
How do I get home from UNTOLD Dubai?
Pre-book. Metro and buses stop before the festival does, so after midnight the options are taxis from the main gate, ride-hailing apps or a chauffeur. Agree a pickup point and time when you’re dropped off, and avoid leaving in the main exit wave if you can.
