Why choose a Lincoln over an SUV stretch?
Because it’s lower, quieter and more formal. For decades the Lincoln Town Car was a favourite base for stretch limousines and chauffeur fleets in the United States, and that long, low silhouette is still what “limousine” means to most people. Lincoln built the last Town Car in August 2011; any stretch Lincoln today is a coachbuilt conversion of an existing car. We confirm the vehicle in writing when you book.
What that shape gives you on the night:
- An easy step-in. You sit down into a sedan-height cabin rather than climbing up, which matters in a wedding dress or a long abaya.
- A privacy partition. Raise it and the rear cabin is yours, for a couple after the ceremony or an executive on a call.
- A calmer cabin. Seating runs along the side and across the back, with soft fibre-optic lighting rather than a party light show.
- Easier access. A sedan-based stretch is narrower and lower than a Hummer, so it copes better with hotel porches and city streets. It’s still long, so send every address and we’ll agree pickup points in advance.
Luggage space is about two large cases, so this is an occasion car, not an airport shuttle for a group.
There’s no alcohol on board. UAE law, Federal Decree-Law No. 31 of 2021, only allows drinking in licensed or authorised places, and a car on a public road isn’t one. The bar is stocked with soft drinks and water.
